Repair, maintenance and Painting of 4 Nos C type Qtrs and Civil complaint office at Nigalpani Township Complex, DGPS.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint 0f interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and anufacture , including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kgl10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0 .80 litrs /10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

Providing and fixing pre coated galvanised iron profile sheets (size ,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade , 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in –charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0 .75 as per IS: 8225:1987 , Non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0 .33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners,6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications ,drawing and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. With semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different size(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622,of approved make ,in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4coarse sand),jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/ Sqm including routing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600mm

Providing and placing on terrace(at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI: 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fitting and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing 600x450mm bevelled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc.t

Providing and fixing 600x120x5mm glass shelf with edges round of supported on anodised aluminium angle frame with C.P. brass brackets and guard rail complete fixed with 40mm long screws, rawl plugs etc. Complete.

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood lipping /moulded beading or taj beading of size 18X5 mm fixed with wooden adhesive of approved quality and screws/nails on the edges of the Pre-laminated particle board as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing cup board shutters with 25mm thick veneered particle board IS: 3097 marked, exterior grade(Grade I) ,of approved make including IInd class teak wood lipping of 25mm widex12mm thick with necessary screws and bright finished stainless steel piano hinges, complete as per direction of Engineer-in –Charge. With decorative veneering on one side and commercial veneering on other side.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS:2202(Part I) non –decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hardwood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or crossbands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 30mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel but hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to lS: 4351,manufacture from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness ,including hinges ,jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm,or base ties of 1.60mm,pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge: Profile B:Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb

Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished(pre moulded and pre polished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement ,Mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc complete at all levels Granite of any colour and shade Area of slab over 0.50 Sqm.

PCC 1:3:6 in foundation (Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.)
