Selection of Call Center Service Provider for Integrated Public Grievance Redressal System of Government of Karnataka

Bidders average turnover from BPO operation business in the preceding three financial years (i.e., FY 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)

The Bidder must have provided at-least an average of 300 seats per financial year for a single / multiple clients in India for the last 03 financial years

The Bidder must have experience of managing at least 50 seats call center assignment for Central/ State Government dept. or PSU client/Private client in last 3 Years (i.e., FY 22-23, 23-24 & 24-25)

The Bidder must have experience of managing assignments of 50 seats or more call center service dedicated for a single client in any of the last 03 financial years (i.e., FY 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)

The Bidder should submit the copies of the certificates Valid ISO 9001:2015 or higher or TL 9000 and Valid ISO 27001:2022
