Excavating in post holes in Hard/dense soil, each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out including returning filling in and ramming properly and earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, rafter, column, crane gantries, rails, and heavy bracket framing (using beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections)(Fe-410W(GdeE-250) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based profiled steel sheet 0.50mm AZ-150 thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including complete as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks in cement mortar (1:6), straight or curved on plan exc m mean radius complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide & n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm with soft lose soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavation over areas n. exc. 1.5 mtr depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hard broken stone Hard core of gauge n exc. 40 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 10 cm thick, watered and rammed to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm PCC 1:2:4 Type B2 ( 40 mm graded aggregate ) as in floors finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid in alternate bays.

M & L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cm 1:4 to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil exc. 250 m and n. exc. 500 m and depositibng where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer completed all as specified and directed.
