(B)---- HOUSE KEEPING OF DIFFERENT BLOCKS OF TRAINING CENTRE LIKE HOSTEL, KITCHEN & DINING ROOM, ADMINISTRATIVE BLOCK AND CLEANING & MAINTENANCE OF WHOLE CAMPUS-
Regular Washing, Cleaning, dusting of all rooms of all Training Centre Buildings including washrooms, toilets (including fixtures, fittings & furniture) i.e. Hostel, Dining Room, Kitchen, Pantry, Office rooms, Training halls, Coridor/Circulation Areas, Porch, Staircase, Balconies, Roof, Reception area etc. including cleaning/ dusting of all equipments, furniture and all Doors & Window panes. Keeping whole campus of Training Centre neat and clean including cutting of grass/shrubs periodically and cleaning and upkeeping of approch road/ campus paths/open area, maintaining all lawns, flower beds and flower pots in the Training Centre Campus to the entire satisfaction of Officer-in-charge. The garbage generated from rooms & other areas to be collected and disposed off properly after saggrigation. The Biodegradable waste along with tree leaves, grass etc. to be placed in a pit near the campus with soil layers on it at regular intervals to prepare manure for using the same in the flower beds/pots. The Non-Biodegradable/ Toxic/ Biodegradable waste to be handed over to Municipal Corporation garbage collection people/dustbins/Collection Centres and the charges as levied shall be borne by the contractor. Ensuring/ managing regular water supply/ storage and regular cleaning of water storage tanks and regular cleaning of Gutters, Pipes, Drains & Chambers for effective disposal/ reuse of waste water & rain water and proper sanitation of the hostel building and campus to the entire satisfaction of Officer-in-charge.
Periodic washing of bed sheets, pillow covers, quilt covers, blankets, towels, curtains and table clothes of Hostel rooms, office rooms, Mess/ Dining and Administrative Block etc. as mentioned below & putting back the other set duly ironed as per the direction & entire satisfaction of Officer-in-Charge. a) Bed Sheets, Pillow Covers and towels of occupied Rooms: After every 3 days or on completion of training (which ever is earlier) b) Bed Sheets, Pillow Covers and Towels of Unused rooms and sofa covers, table cloths, cushion covers etc of Rooms/Common Rooms etc: After every 30 days or as and when required in case spoiled as per the direction of Officer in-charge. c) Quilt/ Blanket Covers of Occupied Rooms: After every 14 days. (All Quilt/ Blanket covers to be washed at start and end of winter season.) d) All Blankets to be washed every 3 months with "Ezee liquid detergent" e) Curtains: After every 6 months or as and when required in case spoiled as per the direction of Officer-in-Charge. (f) Table cloths & Towels (Dining Room) :- After every two days or as and when required in case spoiled as per the direction of officer incharge. The Above items to be re-provided & placed in position after proper washing, drying and ironing in all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Officer-in-charge. In case any item gets spoiled, the same shall be immidiatly replaced with other set/ washed and replaced as per the direction of Officer-in-charge.
Keeping proper watch and ward of Training Centre Buildings, furniture, equipments and campus against any theft, damage to property of the Training Cenre in all leads and lifts by deploying Chowkidar/Watchman.
Providing reception service by deploying receptionist to co-ordinate proper picking, dropping, registration, Boarding & Lodging arrangements for the trainees in the Hostel and to facilitate the Faculty Members/ Resource Persons and trainees in the lecture rooms during trainings (e.g. Managing distribution of drinking water, refreshment as per contract and stationary/ other items provided by CCDU, Circulating attendance sheets, Helping Resource Persons to Handle/Operate Audio Visuals and Training Equipments and Teaching Aids etc.)
