Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 M2 on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Excavation work by mechanical means / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 M2 on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 2km. for Ordinary rock

Carriage of brick Beyond 10 km upto 20 km

Filling of sand under floors in trenches sides of foundations etc. including supply of sand and watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations,fillings,non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape,position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)P.C.C.1:2:4 (1cement: 2coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

P.C.C.1:3:6 (1cement: 3coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of foM work for foundations, footings, columns, pillars, posts, struts,plinth beam up to plinth level , lintels, roofs, cantilevers, roof beams as directed by Engineer-in Charge. Work in foundation and footing upto ground level in all shape and sizes.

Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement for R.C.C.work at all height and depths,carting the same from store/issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details including supplying and binding with contractor's own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused/ scrap/ unserviceable steel to owner's storage point etc all complete. (REINFORCEMENT STEEL/TOR STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO's STORE)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work in foundation, roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, columns,walls in vertical or horizontal fins, bressummers, shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to super structure up to floor five level (at height of 20 metres from ground level), including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE). With RCC grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 sand: 3 stone aggregate).

Full brick work Laying masonary with approved fly ash brick of size 230 x 110 x 75 mm in foundation and plinth with cement motar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including curing all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (FLY ASH BRICK SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST BY NALCO AT ASH BRICK PLANT, ALUMINA REFINERY).

Random rubble masonary Providing and laying Random rubble masonary with approved hard stone in foundation, plinth, including levelling up with cement motar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including curing all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 course sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type sand including curing etc. all complete for a height up to 10 metres from ground level.( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

Providing and applying white wash with lime of approved quality to give an even shade after cleaning and smoothening the surface thoroughly etc. all complete and cleaning properly the area of spilled lime etc. to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removal of nails from wall, cleaning . Two coats of lime wash on both old and new works.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed primer ( red oxide zinc chromate )of approved brand and manufacture on steel work etc. complete.

Applying a coat of approved water thinnable cement primer on new/old cement plaster surface a as directed etc. complete.

Poviding &Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade( weather coat) of approved brand and manufacturer / brand approved by the Engineer-In-Charge after The rate shall also include filling up of all nail holes and any other fittings,cracks filled with and finishing the surface as directed. Onecoat in walls and other surfaces upto a height of 10 Mtr.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Structural steel WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

Providing and fixing glass panes of approved quality after removal of old broken glass & putty/glazing clips etc. and securing the new glass panes with glazing clips and fresh glass putty of approved quality and application of synthetic enamel paint of matching shade etc. all complete. Same as above with plain glass panes 5 mm thick in steel frames..

R.C.C. Standards post/ struts/rails/ pales of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) with wooden plugs or 6mm bar nibs wherever required as per direction of Engineer-incharge (cost of earth works in excavation, concrete works in foundation to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement Mortar

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : in cement mortar

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling and stacking within 50 metres lead, fencing posts or struts including all earth work and dismantling of concrete etc. in base of R.C.C.

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. 32 mm dia nominal bore

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
