SPL REPAIR TO CONVERSION OF OH ELECTRIC NETWORK INTO UG CABLING NETWORK AT 253 MED REGT UNDER GE DEHRADUN

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning & covering of UG cable using crushed metal sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

M&L for sub class 'B' bricks well burnt of size 23 x 11.5 x 7.5 cm for protection of UG cable laid dry flat over the cable width wise across the length of the cable and abutting each other with gap less than 10mm between the adjacent bricks in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV type-1, flat size 300x180x40 mm for protection of underground cable laid dry flat over the cable with width equal to length of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent cover not exc. 10mm over underground cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases in hard standing road/path/drain etc for passing cables/pipes etc size of cutting 100mm wide and 300mm deep and removing the excavated materials and disposal at 50 metre distance and making good to the cutting after the pipe and cables are laid with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI/ HDPE pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing underground XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty multistranded electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipe/ under road/ PCC etc and connecting with new aluminium lugs including dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable overhead ACSR conductor, insulators, cross arms etc of any size/ type complete for the following cables of cross sectional area all as directed: Notes: (a) Excavation, returning, removal, sand cushioning, cable protection covers, GI protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Any damage done during cable excavation to the existing UG infra like UG pipelines, UG electric cables, OFC etc shall be repaired by the contractor at their own expenses. (c) Cost of T&P required for handling/ laying of cable is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT underground electric power cable, 95 Sqmm 3.0 core, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, (conforming to IS-7098 Part-I), ISI Marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded, heavy duty, 11000 Volts grade (earthed), in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipe/ under road/ PCC etc complete including dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable overhead conductor, insulators, cross arms etc of any size/ typecomplete all as specified and directed. Notes: (a) Excavation, returning, removal, sand cushioning, cable protection covers, GI protection pipe etc and HT cable end joints/ straight through joints shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Any damage done during cable excavation to the existing UG infra like UG pipelines, UG electric cables, OFC etc shall be repaired by the contractor at their own expenses. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made CPRI approved L.T Panel, out-door type, IP-54 suitable for operation on 415 volts, AC 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet outer & 2mm thick CRCA sheet inner of suitable size to accommodate all accessories / fittings, compartmentalized in costruction to accommodate the incoming MCCB and side covers with front and back hinged doors with proper locking arrangement, rubber gasket on front and back to make it dust and vermin proof, powder coated. The cubicle shall have frame work, bottom & 40 cm long four legs of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm Angle iron including 600 Amps rating of aluminium busbar sleeved with heat shrink sleeve colour coated for 3 Phase, 4 wire electric supply system and control wiring with PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm multi strand copper cable, complete comprising the following accessories. The Panel shall be mounted on floor with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (with 20 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above the ground level all as directed by the Engr-in-charge. S&F in replacement DK Thermoplastic cable Junction boxes of size 260x210x116mm, IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry, weather proof for outdoor installation & inclu cable glands with four terminal, supply and fix busbar fixing on eight Nos DMC insulators for terminating with one incoming & one outgoing armoured UG cable of size 10 to 35 qmm x 4/3.5 core with suitable size of lugs & fixing of one No MCB SPN/TPN & fixing to the PCC/Steel Poles by means of suitable size of clamps with nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 1991 connected to earthing test point/ transformer/ panel all as directed and testing on completion as directed including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, RCC pit cover, charcoal, salt including provision of earth lead protected by 40mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering complete. Note: (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found within permissible limit of less than 5 Ohm, earthing shall be redone by contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Cost of galvanised earth lead upto 7.5 mtr, 40mm dia light grade GI pipe and 20mm dia medium grade GI Pipe for watering is included in the rate quoted for this item.
