Material and labour for repair to potholes of any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces of black top by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts, and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer at the rate of 5Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade 80/100 (VG-10) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated/ compacted thickness with 5.5% (paving bitumen 60/ 70 (VG-30) Grade) binder content by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, spread by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne power road roller, complete to a uniform surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, scarifying or picking up gravelled macadam/ bituminious macadam in area exceeding 400 sqm and not exceeding 50mm deep, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and dust and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/ 100 (VG-10) grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm for below BM surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using 4% binder content (paving bitumen) laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not exceeding 50mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for marking strips, straight lines, zebra crossing and straight lines not less than 2mm to 2.5mm thick and exceeding 10 cm width with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved brand (White or yellow) by using automatic mechanical road painting machine with 8% glass beads (intemixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for moorum in road side berms, spread thickness 75mm . Spreading consolidating as required and rolled with power road roller complete all as specified and as directed.
