Taking down unserviceable 150 mm dia sluice valve and S & F new cast iron sluice valve, flanged ends, stem (spindle) of SS (forged) and broken / unsv check nut of gun metal, PN rating 1:6, working parts conforming to IS: 14846, and flanged ends having drilling as per IS: 1538 and washer of existing size complete all as specified and directed .

Taking out unserviceable 150 mm dia sluice valve and re-facing, regrinding replacing stuffing boxes of sluice valve spindle and gland plate and replacement gasket, rubber sheet, nut, bolt and washer & reassembling of sluice valve after servicing/maintenance /grinding /cleaning /threading/greasing work to sluice valve parts of existing state including necessary earth work and making the disturbed surface as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting / taking down carefully electric motor & pump set of capacity 3 HP from existing position dismantling overhauling & cleaning thorughly oiling, greasing and rectifying defects; replacing nuts/bolts, rubber gasket, seal any type, bearings, impellers etc. and complete insulatiing with proper varnishing and reassembling duly connected with new PVC copper conductor cable of existing size and testing result satisfactory complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate of spare parts of motor & pump shall be included in this unit rate.

Note:- Rate of spare parts of motor shall be included in this uint rate.

Cleaning of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks by removing of scale and dirt etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc of capacity exceeding of 250 ltr but not exceeding 500 ltr complete all as specified and directed. Note- Date of cleaning shall be mentioned on tank with synthetic enamel paint and cost of same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by tenderer

Cleaning of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks by removing of scale and dirt etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc of capacity exceeding of 500 ltr but not exceeding 1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed. Note- Date of cleaning shall be mentioned on tank with synthetic enamel paint and cost of same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by tenderer

Dismantling of old rusted support for pipe of channel, angle, I- section of MS Channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for bracing supports, clamps and black sheet plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts , bolts washers , welding , bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of black bituminous paint over a coat of redoxide primer and a final coat with synthetic enamel grey paint over the coat of black bituminous paint all as requirment at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting on all outer surface of pressed sheet steel water storage tank of capacity 3200 Gallans by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down moulds, moss, inflorescent smoke soot, trading oil, muds, irts, greasy spots or any other foreign materials pesent in tanks / wall etc. proper washing and applying two coat of synthetic enamel metal paint of existing colour including required T & P at site complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of RCC semi U/G water storage tanks of capacity 50,000 Gallans by removing of dumped sand, silt, debris and dirt any other foreign materials presents in tank / wall and scrubbing out silt the floor etc. from tank and clean the ventilating system, and apply a coat of white wash in outer surface of tank with existing colour complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Date of cleaning shall be mentioned on tank with synthetic enamel paint and cost of same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by tenderer (ii) All tools and material for cleaning the tank should be arranged by contractor.

Cleaning of RCC semi U/G water storage tanks of capacity 10,000 Gallans by removing of dumped sand, silt, debris and dirt any other foreign materials presents in tank / wall and scrubbing out silt the floor etc. from tank and clean the ventilating system, and apply a coat of white wash in outer surface of tank with existing colour complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Date of cleaning shall be mentioned on tank with synthetic enamel paint and cost of same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by tenderer (ii) All tools and material for cleaning the tank should be arranged by contractor.

M & L for taking down and Cleaning of BAR screen chamber , oil and grease trap, equvalisation tank / MBBR Tank / flocculator tank / tube settler tank / chlorine contact tank / Filter feed tank / treated water tank , dewatering and degging out sluge, mud state and removing sludge to a distance exc. 250 m and n.exc 500 m and disposed off as directed by Engrs-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Transportation & Labour charge from STP to low laying area is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by tenderer (ii) Size of tank up to water level tank shall be measured and paid iii) All tools and material for cleaning the tank should be arranged by contractor.

Supply only Calcium Hypochlorite grade - I, contain of chlorine percentage upto 65 to 70 % of best quality complete all as specified and directed. Make : Purichlor by Sree Rayalaseema Hi Strength Hypo Ltd / Potter & Watts Corp or approved make Note:- Supplier should submited original purchase voucher, original test certificate for purity of bleaching powder along with every supply from IS approved lab or manufacturer for supply items to Engr-in -Charge.

Supply only Alum Ferric grade -I for sendimentation of water, E-in-C approved make in MES of best quality as sample kept with AGE office not more than one month old packing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supplier should submitted purchase voucher, original test certificate for purity of Alum along with every supply to Engr-in -Charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair DHPE flexible pipe 50 mm dia bore 3 mm thick black in colour as per sample kept in AGE/GE office for water supply purpose complete all as specified and directed.
