Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coated galvanised iron based corrugated steel sheets 0.5 mm thick of any colour, AZ 150 coating having tensile strength 550 MPA as in roof covering or ridges with side lap and end laps, hips and straight flashing fixed with self taping screws (length & girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Colour & Pattern to be approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- Dismantling existing wind tie and refixing the same where required for taking down of sheets shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted .

M&L 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof, wall cladding, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-Fixing of old Asbestos cement 6mm thick, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc, fixed with L or J type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Asbestos cement 6mm thick two piece serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets, fixed with L or J type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of Fe-410W grade E-250 quality-B with and including one shop coat of zinc chrome primer including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any shade over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling battens for tiles, shingles etc, of any size including tilting fillets spaced not exc 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L clean sawn batten at spacing 15cm centre of second class hardwood of exc 5 & n.exc 15 Sqcm section area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for refixing old clean sawn batten at spacing 15cm centre of second class hardwood of exc 5 & n.exc 15 Sqcm section area complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable battens obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

Dismantling of mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof tiles mangalore pattern Grade AA, interlocking at side joint laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for refixing of old Roof tiles mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joint laid dry complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old roof tiles mangalore pattern obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

M&L Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern or roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for refixing Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern or roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old ridge tiles obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

M&L for Tiles or slate battens, any size and spacing, prepared and treated all over (measured overall on one side only, spaces not deducted) with creosote oil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of service tank upto exc 250 ltrs and n.exc 500 ltrs capacity by removing all scale, dirt, silt, mud etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes including washing of tank internally with bleaching powder after removing scale dirt mud ec from tank and removing algae outside from tank from below bottom of tank and disinfecting tank by spraying sodium hypo chlorite solution in tank, writing down date of cleaning on tank by synthetic enamel paint size of alphabet/numerical shall be minimum 7 cm using stencils complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The quoted rate shall include dismantling and refixing of water tank and check float valve refixed or provide new as applicable as etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of service tank exc 500 ltrs and n.exc 1000 ltrs capacity by removing all scale, dirt, silt, mud etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes including washing of tank internally with bleaching powder after removing scale dirt mud ec from tank and removing algae outside from tank from below bottom of tank and disinfecting tank by spraying sodium hypo chlorite solution in tank, writing down date of cleaning on tank by synthetic enamel paint size of alphabet/numerical shall be minimum 7 cm using stencils complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for Cleaning existing surface properly with steel wire brushes by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 25mm thick plain cement concrete type B-0,(1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as a levelling course, complete all a specified & directed.

M&L laying 100mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1,(1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in water tank padding, etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L in repairs, for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet, comprising with the following treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish outside MOD Land. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 with mixing of WPC as per manufacturers instructions and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm.

(iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm. Note: Cost of Water proofing compound shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaing out, and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 ( by weight) complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beam, staircases, lannding, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ,white colour, (cylindrical vertical with closed top), 500 litres capacity, tripple layered, hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed to iron pipe (minimum weight not less than 210 grams) and connecting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ,white colour, (cylindrical vertical with closed top), 1000 litres capacity, tripple layered, hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed to iron pipe (minimum weight not less than 210 grams) and connecting complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore dia GI steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore dia GI steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 25 mm bore dia GI steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm bore UPVC pipes Sch 40 including fittings, any length with fittings such as socket, elbow, bends, tees, reducer, union, caps plug, nipple etc complete laid in walls/ ceiling or laying in floor trench or fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore UPVC pipes Sch 40 including fittings, any length with fittings such as socket, elbow, bends, tees, reducer, union, caps plug, nipple etc complete laid in walls/ ceiling or laying in floor trench or fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubing, medium grade, 25 mm bore laid in trenches / floors or fixed to wall in any length with all galvanised GI fitting such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, reducers, unions, jointing materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F laminated Gypsum tile board 8mm thick with textured white colour PVC film on the face side and metalized polyster (MPL) film on rear side in ceiling as per manufacturers instructions of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a

grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, including dismantling existing false ceiling work of any description complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan, exc 6 m mean redius, built in cement mortar 1:6 with and including demolition of existing brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick, block or stone walls etc (at any height) including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete & removing debris outside MD land as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (using water proofing liquid as per manufacturers instruction) on fair faces of brick masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (using water proofing liquid as per manufacturers instruction) on other than fair faces of brick masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated width or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirtings, drip moulds and simmilar work n exc 15 cm in width and girth,including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends, etc cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces or previously untreated surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps ; seismic and other similar bands , plinth courses , string courses lacing courses, parapets and railings coping ,kneelers , apex stones , bed plates ,water throughs and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chemfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius, 110 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110 mm dia stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of existing RCC tanks and cutting steel to separate the tank from slab etc, and removing debris from MOD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of crumple joint with following procedure complete all as specified and as directed (i) Removing the existing plain GI sheet along with fixing accessories like screw bolts from crumple joint . (ii) Cleaning the crumple joint and removing existing bitumen filler board (width upto 50mm & depth upto 500mm). (iii) Filling the gap with bitumen filler board and covering the joint from both sides with polysulphide sealant. (iv) S&F of new GI sheet plain, 1mm thick, with screw (fixing accesssories). Note : a) Make of polysulphide sealent and bitumen filler board to be approved by GE b) GI plain sheet to be paid seperately.

S&F Plain galvanised mild steel sheeting 1.00 mm thick, as in ridges, hips, valley or in crumple fixed with fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of roof tile surafce at any height (up to 10m ) and applying one coat of tile guard of approved shade including required scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Welding in repairs n exc 2.5cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded not exc 6 mm all as specified and as directed.

M&L water proofing treatment of roof as per details given below complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish outside MOD Land. (b) Filling of cracks upto 3mm by using asian paints crack seal or equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-Charge/GE. (c) Screed bed or bedding layer of 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 with mixing of WPC as per manufacturers instructions and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm. (d) Surface should be throughly cleaned by using water & vacuum cleaner to avoid 'Peeling off' Problems. (e) Apply a coat of self priming smart care dampproof ultra (code 5698) of M/S Asian paints or equivalent in M/S Dr fixit or M/S Pidilite or M/S Sika chemical with 30% dilution with water using brush/roller on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and allow to dry for 4 to 6 hours ( dilution and coverage requirement strictly as per manufacturers instructions).

(f) After the primed surface has dried, apply first coat of water proofing smart care damp proof ultra (Code 5698) of M/S Asian paints or equivalent in M/S Dr Fixit or M/S Pidilite or M/S Sika chemical using brush/roller on the same primed surface and allow to dry for 4 to 6 hours. (g) Prepare and apply 2nd coat of water proofing smart damp proof ultra (Code 5698) of M/S Asian paints or equivalent in M/S Dr fixit or M/S Pidilite or M/S Sika chemical using brush/roller on the same surface, the temp to be maintained 25 to 35 C through out all above application work. Note : (i)The work shall be carried out through authorised and qualified applicators of the manufacturers only. Make : M/S Asian paints or equivalent in M/S Dr fixit or M/S Pidilite or M/S Sika chemical or equivalent as approved by GE.
