REPAIR/MAINT OF INTERNAL WIRING INCLUDING DISTRIUTION BOARD/ SUBMAIN WIRING AND BUIULDING LIGHTS AND ITS CONNECTED ACCESSORIES IN MIL GARRISON KHUMBATHANG UNDER GE KHUMBATHANG

Taking down carefully old point wiring (Light / Fan/ Socket/ Bell Point ) with aluminium/ copper conductor cable complete including fittings such as ceiling rose, holders, regulators, bell, switch and socket from existing concealed conduits and making good the disturbed surface of wall/ floor complete to match with the existing surface/finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm cable FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed copper multistranded conductor, 1100 V grade of size 1.5 sqmm including necessary termination board 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS copper conductor as earthing and connected to common earthing with PVC heavy duty casing caping/PVC conduit ISI marked as rquired at site along with all accessories and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ ceiling etc for the following : - NOTE: Colour coding for point and sub main wiring should be maintained at site. In case of any deviation necessary recovery will be made as applicable.

(a) One light point/ one fan point/ Bell Point controlled by one switch

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amp independent

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on same board with other switches

All as per item No 2.00 above but for point wiring for power point with 2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable 1100 Volt grade drawn through and including PVC casing caping heavy duty ISI marked /heavy duty conduit ISI marked as required at site alongwith accessories with 2.5 Sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earthing and connected to common earth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repair lamp holder ,PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fitting (angle /plain) including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Electric bell,AC 230 Volts, single pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair bell push flush type single pole one way 5 amp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Ceiling rose 3 Phase, PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body flush type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair for LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair for LED lights fitting 1x 20 W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose/ PVC connector to light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair for Distribution board double door made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof SPN 12 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar neutral bar, earth bar IP 43 protection, single pole and neutral 250 volts, flush to wall / fixed on surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair for Distribution board double door made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar neutral bar, earth bar IP 43 protection, single pole and neutral 250 volts, flush to wall / fixed on surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair for Distribution board double door made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof SPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar neutral bar, earth bar IP 43 protection, single pole and neutral 250 volts, flush to wall / fixed on surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosures distribution boards,double door 4 way three phase 415 volts MCCB,ISOLATOR & MCB,s comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following (a) MCCB 4 Pole 100 AMPS AC 415 V 10 KA=01 NO as incoming & outgoing MCB SP-12 No 40 AMP Note :- (i)The DB shall be of VTPN series. (ii) The DB shall be flush fixed ,and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost. (iii)connection of theMCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble -properly crimped. (iv) all the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (v) double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly.

Supply and fix in repair MCB single pole, 6 to 32 Amp 240 volt B curve 10 KA, IP 20 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixin repair MCB single pole & neutral 240 volt C curve 10 KA 40 Amps capacity IP 20 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair MCB single pole & neutral 240 volt C curve 10 KA 63 Amps capacity IP 20 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable submain wiring of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F two run of single core 6 Sqmm for Sub Main wiring with copper conductor multistranded FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100Volts grade in and including PVC casing capping/ pvc conduit with fixing accessories including one run of 6 Sqmm copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Two runs of 6 Sqmm cable, one run of 6 Sqmm earth cable and one run of PVC casing Capping shall be measured as one running meter.

S&F two run of single core 4 Sqmm for Sub Main wiring with copper conductor multistranded FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100Volts grade including PVC casing capping/ pvc conduit with fixing accessories including one run of 4.0 Sqmm copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Two runs of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of 4.0 Sqmm earth cable and one run of PVC casing Capping shall be measured as one running meter.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable underground cable/ service cable of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair under ground XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade laid in trenches / passing through GI pipe / on pole / on wall of size 16 sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair under ground XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade laid in trenches / passing through GI pipe / on pole / on wall of size 10 sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in depth for laying of cables including getting out in hard soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- cable shall be laid 60 cm below ground level.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8cm before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- For payment purpose punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type-1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & laying of 40 mm bore Mild steel galvanized steel tubing with screwed socket joints, Light grade, together with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.) and laid in trenches including , screwing and waste and for forged bends on piping as required , cutting through walls, floors and their making good to match with the existing specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair casing and caping 25mm/PVC heavy duty including all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode60cmX60cmX6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts bolts, washers, check nuts of iron or steel including PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) and necessary earth work in any type of soil medium grade GI watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15mm bore GI pipe light grade protection pipe upto test point etc including excavation and charcoal, common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate-3 of SSR Part-I. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor ,served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections two core of size 6 sq mm flat or circular complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dedcuct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 40,152.50 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Sec-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
