REPAIRS TO MANHOLE, SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK AT REKHAMARI AREA AND NORTH OF RLY LINE UNDER GE MISSAMARI

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt(local blockage) by de watering pump/bomboos/sewage rod etc from existing manhole/floor trap,nahani trap ,W/C, EWC etcsewage line, of any size/depth and in any position including cleaning and flushing the manhole and removing sludge to a distance exc 150 m but n exc 200 m including burried at a place as directed by engineer in charge to entire satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge complete all as specified. Notes for Ser item Nos 1 :-The quoted rate of contractor shall comprise the following :- (i) Contractor shall provide adquate skilled/unskilled manpower each working day for attending and completing the complaints as per the users satisfaction. However, the numbers of skilled and unskilled manpower shall be increased as directed by enginner in charge depending upon the requirements/ number of complaints registered at the complaint center all as directed by the Engr-in-charge (ii) Complaints cell for receiving complaints from users shall be opened by the contractor from 09.00 am to 0 5.00 pm at MES service centre of AGE B/R under GE (Missamari). The complaints pertaining to sewage cleaning and opening of blockage etc. against serial item No 1shall be attended and completed within 24 hours after lodging/ receipt of complaints. Contractor shall ensure that all the complaints shall be attended and completed within above prescribed schedule/ time period, failing which, a penalty at the rate of double the quoted rate for that particular trade work/cmplaint per day till the satisfactorily completion of complaint shall be levied on the contractor and recovery for the same shall be affected from contractor's dues. A separate register shall be maintained for recording the same and shall be signed by both the contractor or his authorised rep and Engr-in-charge. (iii) : For each complaint in different location, a separate docket slip shall be prepared by the contractor/ his representative and handed over to related tradesman, etc. for attending the complaint and after satisfactorily completion of complaint, docket slip shall be submitted to concerned executive on day of register of complaint, which shall be got signed from the occupant and shall be produced at the time of payment to be made to the contractor. (iv) : Format of docket slip and complaint register which shall be kept in complaint cell will be provided by Engr-in-Charge. Stationery i.e. log sheets, docket slips, job cards, complaint registers, handing taking registers, etc. shall be provided by the contractor without any exta cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor against respective item of schedule 'A'. The complaint slip shall be prepared by the contractor or his authorised rep and handed over to the tradesmen and necessary entry shall be made in the complaint register and will be handed over to to concerned JE / the Engr-in-Charge next day. Contractor shall maint seprate register for lodging the complaints and the same shall be produced to concerned JE / Engr-in-Charge on next day. (v) : Necessary transportations, tools, plants, ladders, cleaning rods/Bamboos, etc. including to complete the jobs/complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor .

Cleaning of under ground existing SGSW/RCC/HDPE pipe line of any dia of pipes line up to 1.50 mtr depth including manholes of any size working/running conditions involving removal of blockages of any kind of sewage lines and manholes by steel/bamboo rodding including desludging, descaling and dechoking of lines whereever required, flushing the entire stretch with water making the stretch clean and funtional. Removal & depositing any type of sludge/debries to excavated area, spreading necessary Insecticides where sludge is deposited all as specified and directed by Engr in-charge. (Note :- (All sludge/debries should be deposited in nearest pit & cover with sand & necessary disinfection be carried out OR Removing/depositing of sludge/debries not exc 500mtr beyond the periphery of defence land & covering the entire sludge & solids with local earth).

Removal & depositing any type of sludge/debries to excavated area, spreading necessary Insecticides where sludge is deposited all as specified and directed by Engr in-charge. (Note :- (All sludge/debried should be deposited in nearest pit & cover with sand & necessary disinfection be carried out OR Removing/depositing of sludge/debries not exc 500mtr beyond the periphery of defence land & covering the entire sludge & solids with local earth). Note-Contractor must have Super Sucker Machine and other appropriate machine with suitable staff.

M&L Cleaning S/Well or septic tank 10 users capacity by mechnically, pumping out and removing Sewage Water and accumulated Sludges, etc. to a distance exc. 50 Metre but not exc. 100 Metre and buried into ground, sprinkling bleaching powder to stop foul smell, complete. note : Complain should be attend on daily bases.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in foundation/trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including flush pointing with same mortar as the work proceed complete as specified.

Labour only for brick work with sub class ’B’ brick (For raising man holes)straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1 :4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. (Bricks shall be used obtained from ser Item No 2 here in before).

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortor 1:4 with water proofing compound (2% by weight of cement)finished even and smooth without using extra cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces. (Note- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely)

Supply only water proofing compound.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on wall, complete all as specified.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in man hole cover, with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering throttling etc and set in cement mortor (1:4) complete with joint to match including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L PCC in surface channels,benching in sewers,drains etc type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all specified and directed.

S&F mild steel rungs as in steps of manhole confirming to Fe -290 GDE E- 165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;

Material and labour 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor,plinth , finishing cement concrete surface complete laid in alternate bays, making impressions of expended metal while the concrete is green all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) 75mm bore (dia) soil, waste and ventilating pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints with and including all necessary fittings such as bend, tee, junctions, traps etc fixed to walls, complete.

Supply and fixing in repair 110mm dia PVC, soil waste drain pipe, type 'B' confirming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382- 1985).

M & L providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate ) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span , cills, steps; seimic and other similar bands , plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates,water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
