Supply and installation of desert coolers having nominal air flow capacity 4000 cum per hour of size 660x660x825 mm made out of PGI sheet not less than 0.90 mm thick for fixed parts and not less than 0.70 mm thick for front grill as approved, the desert coolers having copper wounded fan motor 480 mm sweep, 1350- 1400 RPM, 230 volts, 50 Hz with submersible water pump 18/20 watt for required flow of water including having three speed regulator (high/medium/low) with and including provision of two coats of synthetic enamel anticorrosive oven dried paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel angle iron of 50x50x6mm of frame size 2.5ft x 2ft x 2ft for provision of desert cooler stand including necessary cutting, welding and grouting in wall. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring with 2 Run of 2.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit medium grade not less than 15 mm dia with accessories/ casing caping, concealed/surface type on wall/ceiling and including provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including sunken pressed steel terminal boxes with and including screws, modular cover plate over sunken box for housing the switches, socket outlets etc and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for:- One light point controlled by one switch Note:-1.Switch, socket to be measured and paid separately.

S&F switch piano type single pole one way 15 Amp. complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Indo Asian/Shynora/C&S/Elsiuo/Havells crabtree.

Supply and fixing socket outlet 5/15 Amp flush type complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Indo Asian/Shynora/C&S/Elsiuo/Havells crabtree.

Supply and laying GI pipe medium grade ISI marked with all fittings for 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Supply and fix stop valve, screwed, 15 mm (1/2") dia pipe. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed.

Supply and fixing GI Tee, 15 mm . Complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- Sr Item No 9 to 13 (i) The quoted rate shall include minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves,link spreader provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved from Engr-in-Charge/GE before placing of order . (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (vi) The Panel shall be surrounded with 9 inch brick wall upto 0.5 mtr height all around the panel and blank portion between panel and wall shall be filled with PCC 1:2:4 incl masonary work leaving ducts for cables complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement XLPE PVC insulated armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 120 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified by Engr-in -charge.

All as per Item Ser No 14 here in before but cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3.5 Core.

Note for Srl item No. 14 to 17 : (i) Earth work, sand , bricks shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equiments, machinery or tool if required for laying electrical cable through new pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes,for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays, locating fault of LT cable and stay assembly etc not exceeding 10 square metre on plan and getting out in any type of soil including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand with a layer of 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable. (Punned down to 18 cm after laying and streaching of cable). Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: Punned thickness of sand layer shall be 18 cm and same will be considered for payment to contractor.

Supply and laying bricks, common burnt clay, sub class "B', old size, laid in vertical direction to cable as cable protection.Complete all as specified and as directe by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old u/s earthing and Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead wire with GI strip of 32x6 mm by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthing test point drawn and including 40 mm dia GI pipe for protection including 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering GI funnel PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part - I including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance ismore than 2Ώ the earthing will be redone at no extra cost

Supply and fix in electronic over current relay BOCR 3EZ ( 05 to 960 Ampere Cat No- MP363EZ800 of BCH (over current, under current, phase lose, phase unbalance, phase reversal, locketd rotor, ground fault) suitable for motors 7.5 HP to 40 HP Rating 415V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR. Make: Toshiba/ Hitachi /O General /Dakin

Supply and fix automatic voltage stabilizer, single phase wall mounted copper wound air cooled digital display and designed for input variation between 140V to 280V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 5.0 KVA. Make : Vguard/Volina/Microtech.

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 2x4.0 sq. mm + 1x2.5 sq. mm earth wire of FR is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required. Make: Grandlay/ Havells / Polycab /KEI.

M&L for single pole and neutral enclosure with a 2 pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps ISI mark.

M&L for wall stand suitable outer unit 1.5 TR.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs 70900.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit attached in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
