Excavition of earth for the following depths below GL for laying and jointing of sewers in soil mixed with shingle bajri etc. including excavition for joints pits, trimming dressins levelling refilling of trenches in 15 cm layers, watering & ramming the same and disposal of surplus earth & other dismantled materials upto a distance of 50 m from the center of the trenches (75 % of total qty. of excavation.)

Same as item no 1 but excavation in hard rock by chiselling or by using of any specials T&P, if required including stacking of usefull materials within.

0 - 1.5 m below GL

Provide anf fix open timbering ( convering 1/3 of surface area by planks) in trenches for the depth upto 3 m below ground level cosisting of 50 mm thick approved country wood planks for poling boards 200 m m X 75 mm idian sal wood wallers and 10 mm dia sal ballies for struts at 1.5 m c/c including removal after laying of sewers both sides of the trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payment and measurements i. e. area = length X depth of trenche. Dismentled timbering materials will be the property of the contractor.

Providing of all materials, Carting from site store to site of work, Lowering into trenches with true to alignment, Laying of MS ERW Pipes grade Yst 210, Jointing by electric welding process with proper grade of eletrodes suitable for jointing of water supply pipe lines (Ador, L&T or equivalent electrodes) by cutting of pipes and making required bends by welding, completion of work with testing of pipe line etc complete.

Construction of Manhole type B1 of Dia 0.90m x 1.65m for 150 mm to 500 mm dia sewers upto 1.65m depth as per type degin including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (Cost variation will be given according to physical veriation in dia/depth if required.)

Construction of Connecting Chamber of size 0.60m x 0.60m x 0.90m for 150 mm to 500 mm dia sewers as per type degin inlcuding supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (Cost variation will be given according to physical veriation in dia/depth if required.)

Providing and fixing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe, for water supply including all PVC plain & brass threaded fitting, this included jointing of pipe &Fitting with one step PVC solvent cement & testing of joints 160 mm nominal outer dia pipes. 10 Kg/Cm2 complete.

Supply and filling granular material (well graded crushed rock or gravel max. size 25 mm) into the trenches for class B bedding (granular bedding) including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work.

0.0 - 1.50 m deep

Supply and filling lean concrete 1:4:8 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and filling P:C:C 1:2:4 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reniforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and renoforcement - All work upto plinth level :1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone - III): 3 grded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.

Steel reniforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Mild steel and medium Tensile steel bars.

Brick work with modular bricks of class designation 75 in foundation & plinth cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 corse sand).

Plaster Work 12 mm thick 1:4

Random rubble masonary with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone affrefate 20 mm niminal size ) up to plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing of dia G.I. screwed pipes, specials & fitting from trenches and staking them properly in two chains but excluding cost of excavation of trench.
