with required optimum quantity of water, conveying the mix to

site of work, spreading in to grade and camber with

mechanical paver and consolidation each layer with vibratory

roller including cost of material labour plant and equipment etc.

Item Providing and laying Bitumenous grout base 37.50mm thick

No. 4 using Emulsion grade RS - 1 for tack coat @ 2.50 kg./10sqm

and using BT stone aggregate as per required gradation with

the asphalt of 60/70 (VG30) grade at the rate of 1.99% i.e.

19.90 kg/mt by weight of Mix including heating and mixing in 10.50 2259.37 MT

drum mix plant transportaing the mix and spreading the same

by paver finisher and consolidation by MOST specification

including cost of all materials fuel, labours, tools and plant etc.

using contracters own drum mix plant etc. complete.

Item Providing and laying 37.5 mm thick compacted B.M. with B.T.

No. 5 stone aggregate as per MORTH specification and asphalt

60/70 (VG-30) for tack coat at 2.5 Kg/10sq.mt with mechanical

sprayer and bitumen grade 60/70 (VG-30) for moxing at

kg/M.Tie. 3.4% of of total mix by including heating the

aggregate and asphalt by Batch Mix Type Hot Mix Plant and

spreading same hy hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor

control to required grade, level and alignment, rolling with

smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the

desired compaction as per MORT&H specification for

Gradation complete incicluding providing all materials,

equipment, tools and plants, oil, kerosene. firewoods and labor

should provide liminance coefficinet on cemend road shalll be

min 130 mcd/m2/lux and Asphalt road shall be min

mcd/m2/lux during the service life during the day time. The

marking should meet the performance criteria for night time

reflectivity, wet reflectivity and skid resistance asmentioned in

the section-15 of IRC 35-2015. Warranty for the Retro

reflectivity should be two years.
