S&F 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L false ceiling made out of E-Board classic of size 600mm x 600mm, 4mm thick GI frame consisting of main Tee of size 38.50mm x 24.00mm and cross Tee of size 28.50mm x 24.00mm thick made out of PGI sheet 0.30mm thick doubled at web and single at flange, flange covered with powder coated sheet 0.25mm thick and angle 24.00mm x 24.00mm x 0.40mm thick powder coated suspended with GI wire 3.00mm dia and upto 2.0 mtr long complete including plugging of angle to brick walls with steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water including removal of debries to distance not exceeding 500 mtr complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2 % by weight of cement content on other than fair faces brick surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Notes : (i) The rendering shall be done in two layers i.e. 1st layer of 10mm thick and 2nd layer of 5mm thick. (ii) Water Proofing Compound (WPC) shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40sqcm and over in section as in framed work, in any position complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including vertical member, rafter and purlin including special shaped washer etc using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 graded St- 240 including cutting to dead length, notching, drilling riveting and/or welding & connecting with nuts & bolts complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast articles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class B, burnt clay bricks of old size, designation 75, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of old treated plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint over & including one coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of old treated plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over & including one coat alkali resistant primer complete all as specified & directed. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises to a distance not exceeding 500 mtr etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L coloured non- skid ceramic tiles, 1st quality, 7mm to 8mm thick, square/rectangular, area of each tile exceeding 0.18Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L coloured non- skid ceramic tiles, 1st quality, 7mm to 8mm thick, square/rectangular, area of each tile exceeding 0.06Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mm x 250mm or 450mm x 350mm, 7mm thick as in vertical surface (skirting/dado etc.) set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over & including 10mm thick rendering/backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 500 mtr complete all as specified & directed

M&L plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate in surface channels & drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified & directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified & directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality, & description) from wooden/steel frames glazed with putty or fixed with beads etc. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F sheet glass 4.00mm thick, ordinary quality, glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed with oil putty or wooden beads including glazing pins/ spring clips wherever necessary etc. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staple complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing from site, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in door of angle or other sections with gusset plates, rails, braces etc, using ornamental design as approved complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and purpose made hinges or steel hanging door fittings exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides and hanging, fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410W, Gde E-250 quality'A' complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Flat iron as in hold fasts shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L 18mm / 19mm prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing from site, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified & directed. Notes: -(i) Glazing, Wire cloth & MS guard bars shall be measured and paid separately . (ii) Painting to window shall be measured and paid separately however one shop coat primer included in quoted rates. (iii)Steel window shall comply with IS 1038-1983 &. Rolled steel sections for fabrication shall conform to IS 7452-1990

S&F factory made, solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube, complete all as per specification & drawing shown on page No. 180 of SSR Part-II, 2020 (Section - 8, Joinery)

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, complete all as per specification & drawing shown on page No. 176 of SSR Part-II, 2020 (Section - 8, Joinery)

M&L mild steel works as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling of old mild steel work complete all as specified & directed

For Credit Schedule refer tender documents. The amount of credit schedule shall be deducted in total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive contract sum.
