Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 metres lead. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, (excluding Goods Service Tax), building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing corrugated G.I sheet roofing with galvanish iron J and L hook bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins refters and trusses. 63mm thick including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, (excluding Goods Service Tax), building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 15 cm (Fifteen centemetre) wide, 45 cm (fortyfive centemetre) overall semicircular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, (Forty into three milimetre) bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.80 mm (Zero point eighty milimetre) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m². (Two hundred seventy five gramme / Per Square Metre)including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing PVC pipe 150 mm (One hundred fifty milimetre) dia of D-plast or equivalent make approved by the Bureau of Indian Standard. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm (Twelve to twenty milimetre) in patches of 2.50 ( Two point fifty) Square meter and under and 10 (Ten) to 15mm ( Fifteen millimetre) thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including dispoal of rubbish to the dumping ground upto 20m (twenty metre) lead with cement mortor 1:5 (One Cement : five approved Sand) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% (Zero point zero eight percent) and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Per Kilograme/ Per Square Meter (Three point three kilograme / Per Square Metre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete size tiles 600x600 mm. (Six hundred into six hundred milimetre) including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 12 mm thick (Twelve milimetre) preliminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge. including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
