Attending day to day complain, call on repair, attending breakdown, rectifiaction of all fault and periodical servicing / maintenance of SCADA based MIMIC panel, all PLC automation panel boards, Ultransonic Level Sensor & Transmitters, PH & Turbidity Sensors and Transmitters, LT motor control panels, web smart switches, single mode media converters, DG set AMF panel, PC based engineering control station SCADA and other SCADA related items installed at various pump houses, Jetty gallery and other locations inside ND(V) complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Contractor shall deploy minimum two highly skilled technicians trained by the OEM or authoriesed representative of the OEM only. (b) Deployment of Technicians for routine works shall be normal working hours of ND(V) incl sundays & holidays but breakdown and call on repair to be carried out as and when occur irespective of timing. (c) Contractor shall submit necessary certificate/document from OEM for the technician / rep of OEM before comencement of work. (d) Contractor shall submit Servicing/maintenance report as per OEM certified performa and periodicy. (e) Any changes to the PC Hardware and SCADA software, report format, operational screens, creation of soft keys, operational datas are not permisible without written consent of OEM. (f) Contractor shall submit memorandum of understanding (MOU) with OEM of SCADA system before commencement of work. (g) all required spare parts are measured as supply only here-in-after. (h) Recovery shall be made @ twice the quoted rate per day for non attendence of complaint/ breakdown/ servicing/maintenance/ replacement of parts

M&L for yearly servicing of Pressure Switch / Pressure transmitter including removing, cleaning, greasing, checking for wear and tear, refixing/replacement if unserviceable, testing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for yearly servicing of solenoid / Motorised valve – Size : 25mm/ 10mm including removing, cleaning, greasing, checking for wear and tear, refixing/replacement if unsv, testing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for yearly servicing of Single phase Motorised Butterfly Valve - size 80mm/100mm / 150 mm removing, cleaning, greasing, checking for wear and tear, refixing/replacement if unsv, testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in depth and not exceeding 1.5m wide for cable/pipe and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exceeding 50m, depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
