S&F for Kiln Seasoned Teak Wood (Approved by Badminton World Federation And Certified by Labosport Grade 1 – EN 14904 As Per Badminton World Federation Standards) Surface board finished with 21 mm thick, 50 to 85 mm width and in random length in tongue and groove shape incl game line marking for 02 Nos Badminton court. The edges of the boards will have a finger lock grove and the bottom side with air pass groove. The Installation: A vapor barrier will be placed on the leveled IPS sub-floor before laying the under frame. The runners having air cell cushioning pads will be placed on the vapor barrier in perfect level at 350 mm c/c in one direction. The surface boards will be screwed to the runners through the tongue only and will lock the screwed tongue by the groove of the adjoining boards. The ends of the boards will be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive. An expansion gap of 8 to 10mm will be left open between the wooden flooring and the surrounding tiled area/wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Necessary preservation to timber shall be carried out all as specified and the rate quoted is inclusive of this preservation.

M&L for post construction anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and application of Nitozinc Primer (Manufactured by M/s Fosrock Chemicals India Ltd) over the exposed steel reinforcements after removing the rust scales from the exposed reinforcement rods in one square meter area including the cost of all materials rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of paint brush complete.

Supply and application of Nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosrock Chemicals India Ltd) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surface including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding and cost of painting brushes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing additional reinforcement bars in place of more than 1/3 corroded reinforcement bars including the charges for cutting, bending, placing and fixing in position using Lok-Fix E-55 (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) including the cost of all materials rent of all accessories and tools, scaffolding and supporting materials, labour charges including the cost of steel bars complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and provisioning Renderoc RG non-shrink cementitious micro concrete (max 120 mm thick) (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) to any thickness for beam and column. Fluid micro concrete shall be mixed with 6mm down coarse aggregate and specified quantity of water and mixed using a power operated slow speed stirrer and pouring inside the form work including the cost of all materials, rent for tools, scaffolding, and labour charges, water tight formwork etc. all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item Nos 106 to 111: The items shall be executed by manufacturer's agent for which manufacturer and contractor will give separate guarantee for five years.

Taking down unserviceable rolling shutter of any type of area exceeding 5 sqm but not exceeding 10 sqm including hood cover, servicing components such as shaft, spring, ball bearing, lathe, locking plate, guide channel, etc. ensuring smooth functioning and refixing the shutter in the same opening after servicing the components including greasing to all components complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for seven course Water Proofing Treatment over RCC slab by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.25 Kg/Sqm. Provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified membrane not less than 4Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160gms/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650N/5cm, tearing strength of 180N, a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end overlap by torch application over a coat of blown grade hot bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree centigrade and applied @ 1.2Kg/Sqm of the surface area. Apply a coat of blown type bitumen and 4mm thick APP membrane (both as per above specification) over the above layer. Apply a coat of blown type bitumen (as per above specification) and and finishing surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes: (a) 10 yrs gaurantee certificate to be submitted by the contractor. (b) Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of APP membrane or through their authorised specialized agency/applicator which will further have to rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed otherwise.
