Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of stone masonry, including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 / MORTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and loading in tippers trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location or disposal of unserviceable soil with all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MORT&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBT(Trap) material confirming to Grading - V of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Excluding Seingorage Charges

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBT(Trap) crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification ( 5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work. Excluding Seingorage Charges

Construction of VCC M30, 20mm Graded metal un-reinforced, at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 / 53 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, scared and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant,near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 21- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501. Note: Payment will be released only after satisfactory core results of the concrete strength for 28 days as per IS Code and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Carting of excavated Earthwork with a lead of 1 km, including loading & unloading and conveyance charges for machines per kilometer for transporting materials by tippers and tractors etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.
