PART-A (Civil Work)

Dismantling of CC road of any thickness by manually/mechanical means excavating trenches for laying sewer line and manholes including sorting out and stacking serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material with in a distance of 50.0 m. as per direction of engineer in charge.

Dismantling of flexible pavement (Bitumen road) of any thickness by manually/mechanical means for excavating in trenches for laying of sewer line and for construction of manholes etc. including sorting out and stacking serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material with in a distance of 50.0 m. as per direction of engineer in charge.

Supplying of all materials and barricading along sewer / trench during excavation and laying of sewer with ballies 100 mm dia, in horizontal section in three rows and vertical posts of 125 mm dia, 2 M C/C fastened with Nariyal rope or latest design of M.S/HDPE complete barricating or prefabric coted baricating available in market including provision of caution boards, flags, fluorescent strips and light arrangement during night, also including all arrangement for diversion of traffic throughout the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (both sides of barricading will be treated as one side for the purpose of measurement and payment). Barricading materials removable after completion of work will be contractor's property.

Excavation of earth by manual or mechanical method as per site conditions in following depth below ground level for laying of sewers line, M.H etc. in soil mixed kankar, murram boulder including cutting of joints pits, refilling of trenches after laying of sewer line ramming, dressing, leveling in 20 cm layers including watering and ramming the same also including disposal of surplus earth up to average distance of 50 m.

Excavation of mix soil with boulder by manual or mechanical method as per site conditions in following depth below ground level for laying of sewers line , M.H etc. including cutting of joints pits, refilling of trenches after laying of sewer line ramming, dressing, leveling in 20 cm layers including watering and ramming the same also including disposal of surplus earth up to average distance of 50 m.

Supplying, Laying and Jointing of following dia Ductile iron pipe S&S ISI marked with rubber gasket including all taxes, carting from site store to the site of work and lowering the same into trenches in following depth below ground level, laying true to alignment, jointing properly with necessary ISI marked rubber gasket and hydraulic testing of sewer line including excavation of earth below invert level of pipe at the joints.

Supply of all material, labour T&P etc for construction, commissioning ,testing of RCC circular sump well with Screen chamber of following Dia & Depth (from top of raft to bottom of deck slab) complete including Architectural & structural design (Submission of complete architectural and structural design and drawing by approved designer in 3 sets.), construction of sump well by sinking method or any other suitable method using Minimum M-30 grade concrete in raft and steining walls upto GL and Minimum M-20 grade concrete in plugging and RCC above GL ,including other necessary work like dewatering and shuttering, barricading etc. Construction of semi circular pump house 3.50 m height over sump well (if dia of sump less then by extension with cantilever beam / slab at deck level) with Aluminium Doors, Windows, electrical fittings and fixtures complete. Providing & fixing of M.S. girder ISMB 300 of required length for making lifting arrangement,RCC stair case/ SS stair case with GI railing in sump well, foundation for pumping plants over raft slab, MG grating of semicircular open portion of well and RCC Stair and ramp for approach to deck slab with G.I. pipe railing, , RCC balcony with railing around sump at Deck slab level as per direction of Engineer - in- charge and as required for proper completion of work (Conceptual drawing sump cum pump house attached). RCC Screen chamber will be with 2 streams (1 Working+1 Standby) of flow, MS gates, Stainless Steel screen ,ladders, pully etc. complete and making connection from master manhole to screen chamber and from screen chamber to Sumpwell.

6.00 M dia (internal dia) & clear 10.00 m deep (from top of raft to deck slab, 8.60 m BGL and 1.5 m AGL) at MPS Chandrabhaga

Rate for regulation of height of sump either increase or decrease

Note:-- (1) The reduced level of ground level is 346.58, minimum designed invert level of screen chamber will be 343.95 m. (2) HFL is 347.56 and pump house floor will be 2.00 m above from HFL. (3) Incoming size of sewer line at screening chamber is 500 mm dia. (4) However RL will be finally checked and surveyed by the bidder at the time of execution as survey & investigation is in the scope of work.

RCC Protection work at SPS site of Chandrabhaga

Excavating in soil mix moorum, shingle, kankar in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m.

P.C.C 1:4:8 in foundation, cement coarse sand, and 40mm gauge stone ballast.

RCC with 1:1.5:3 cement, coarse sand and stone grit including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. complete.

M.S iron work such as reinforcement for R.C.C 1:1.5:3

RR 1:6 Cement, coarse sand including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. complete.

FPS class 75 brick work in 1:4 cement and local sand mortar in superstructure including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion the work.
