Over Head Serivce Reservoir

Construction of RCC INTZE Type Over Head Serivce Reservoir of follwing capacity and Stanging cosisting of excavation in all type of strata, RCC work cement plaster with waterproofing compound to the inner face of the container including refilling diposing off the surpls staff, plinth protection all and matiral charges including provindingand fixing of accessoies such as ladder, manhole frame and covers, water level indicator (float type), ventilator with SS scren lightening arrestor, float valve, puddle collar, GI pipe linge railling around walk way and top dome providing RCC staircase from 4.5 mtr height of ground level to top level, chambers for all valves, providing and applying three coats of cement pint to the external surface of container foood grade epoxy paint to inernal surface and giving stisfactory hydraulic test and water tighness test as per I.S. code, etc. & 15 mtr staging. complete in all respectvas per design data, criteria, obligatory requirment and detailed specifications, scope of work and GA drwing.

The job includes painting the name of the schemes and other details on the reservoir, providing alluminium portable ladder suitable to reach at height of 4.5 mtr and other work related to structukre as per the direction of Engineer in charge, technical specification and scope of work Rate for RCC OHSR, SBC 10T/sqm seismic.

Capacity is 35000 liter including excavation of Tube well 100 mtr depth & 200mm dia with 5 HP submerssible motor, electric pannel, electric cabel, Gi pipe 65 mm dia nomonal bore 'B' class to tube well, water supply to over head tank & outlet form over head tank to building & non return valve with different size of reducer & GI union etc. complete for suppley of water to over head tank & from over head tank to various buildings .the structure design to be submitted to SWACH Office with proff checking from government engineering collage.

Providing Laying Jointing DI Pipe (Ductile iron pipe) of 100 mm dia ISI marked K-7 grade as per IS : 5329-2000 with internal cement mortar lining for potable water with rubber ring (EPDM/ SBR) Joints per IS : 5382-1985 complete including Hydraulic testing & commissioning as per Technical Specification.

P&F Sluice valve of approved code IS 14846 : 2000 make 100 mm dia nominal bore

P & F 100 mm Dia double flange duct foot Bend.

S I T C solar power plant

Supplying , installation , Testing and commissioning of grid connected SPV power plant in accordance with latest MNRE approved specifications/ BIS standards with free comprehensive maintenance for 5 years as per following details :

(a)SITC of MNRE specifications/Approved Polycrystalline standard IP-65 SPV modules of following capacity with minimum rating of each module 200 Wp with equal no. of module to be in each series circuit . PV module made out from min. 72 nos poly crystalline solar cells and frame made out from Anodized Allunimium alloy with hot dipped galvanized steel mounting structure , civil structure , lightning and over volage protection , earthing protection as per specification as required for making the solar system functional complete in all respect as required.

(b) SITC of IP-65 rating wall/floor mounted string inverter 3 phase , low maintenance , full sine wave , 50 Hz AC out put with grid tied features along with all protection , controlling arrangement and required accessories of following capacity .The inverter AC nominal power output rating must be equal or greater than the required KWp of the module at standard test condition(STC) and as per MNRE specification.The inverter unit shall be suitable for indoor and outdoor installations including all DC/Ac plugs and socket , D.B.'s and with all necessary electrical DC solar cables between modules and inverters and ac cables from inverter to AC panel ( Any length as required ) & lugs and terminations with solar metering and net Metering , conduits and cable trays and all other material and workmanship required to connect with main distribution panel as per the direction of engineer - in- charge .
