Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centimeters) in depth, 1.5m (One point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm (Ten square metre on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto any lead as per drawing and HPPWD technical specification and as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (One Cement : Two coarse sand : Four graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetres nominal size) and curing complete as per drawing and HPPWD technical specification and as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate size 90mm to 45mm ( ninety millimeter to forty five millimeter) Grading-I size [100mm (One hundred millimeters) compacted thickness] to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-Hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-A of size 13.2mm ( thirteen point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.30cum (zero point thirty cubic metres) per ten square metres and binding material at the rate of 0.08 cum (zero point zero eight cubic metre ) per 10 Sqm ( ten square meter)to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specifications clause No. 405 and as per drawing and HPPWD technical specification and as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) Grading-II size [75mm (seventy five millimeters) compacted thickness] to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-Hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-A of size 13.2mm (thirteen point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.22 cum (zero point twenty two) cubic metres per 10 sqm (per ten square metres) and binding material at the rate 0.06 cum (zero point zero six cubic metre) to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specifications clause No. 405 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 (Viscosing Grade-Ten), on W.B.M. @ 0.75 Kg / sqm (Zero point seven five per square metre including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications :including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

2cm (Two centimetre) premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum (One point eight cubic metre) and 0.90 cum (Zero point nine zero cubic metre) of stone chippings of 13.2mm (Thirteen point two millimetres) size and 11.2mm (Eleven point two millimetres) size respectively per 100 sqm (One hundred square metre) and 52 kg (Fifty two kilograms) and 56 kg (Fifty sixty kilograms) of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2mm (Thirteen point two millimetres) size and 11.2mm (Eleven point two millimetres) size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne (Six to Nine Tonne) Ninecapacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately) with paving Asphalt grade VG-10 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt.including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm (Two point three six) and retained on 180 micron (One hundred eighty)sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg(One hundred eighty kilograms of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum (Zero point six zero cubic metre) of fine aggregate per 100 sqm (One hundred square metres) of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm(Two decimal five milimetres) thick and 0.15 mtr (Zero point Fiften meter) wide strip in centre line including reflectorising glass beeds at the rate of 250 gms (Two hundred fifty grams) per square metre area thickness of 2.5mm (Two decimal five milimetres) is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds by road marking machine as per IRC–35 (IRC-Thirty Five) in accordance with Ministory of Road Transport Specifications (Latest revision) IRC Code. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per directed by Engineer-Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.
