Preparing the surface by removing the spalled and loose plaster from existing surface and making it sound and clean by removing all dust particle and washing the surface with jet water. Taking out of jockey pump set from pump foundation after disconnection from motor /suction and delivery pipe and transportation to workshop dismantling the same and segregating of serviceable and unserviceable parts repairing and overhauling the pump set after replacement of defective parts and machine work and re-setting to the existing position connecting motor /all pipe line and commissioning and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation of old painted surface all as speicified and directed.(Make-Kirloskar )

Taking out of old 12.5 HP jockey induction motor of 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz from the existing position after disconnecting all electrical cable earthing and pipe line/pump connection and transportation to workshop,dismantling the motor and rewinding the same with existing guage super enamelled copper wire of approved make varnishing the same and heating properly in heat chamber, re-assembling the motor after replacement of DE/NDE bearing terminal box all rusted nut and bolts and install the same to the existing position and apply 2 coats of synthetic enamel paints after successfully repairs and testing complete up to water supply as specified and directed (MAKE -Crompton )

M&L for cutting existing incinerator outer casing to remove complete lining of U/S fire brick work and supply and fix new heat resistant fire brick with fire resistant cement morter confirming to relevant IS complete and making good the cutting portion of outer casing by welding comlete all as per existing shape as directed

Supply and fixing Ionisation type smoke detector of dual chambers, dual source with 2 radio active sources, having in built LED to indicate fire indication complete with base plate 1.6 mm thick sheet steel mounting box.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up water pipeline of any size any type including all fittings from trenches mild steel pipe (IS: 1239 Part-I) heavy class with flanged/socket and spigot ends including all fittings viz, forged steel screwed fittings, flanges, bends, tees, reducers, elbow, clamps, hangers etc and kept in safe custody for reuse/disposal /taking credit the same for the following bore as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
