Details of Work:
Providing, laying and testing of seamless carbon steel pipe having 150 mm dia ASTM A-106 Grade –B SCH-40 i/c fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. in ground (underground / above ground) including welding, excavation & providing cement concrete blocks as supports, anticorrosive treatment with coaltar / asphalt tape as per IS 10221, refilling the trench etc. of following sizes painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required and confirming the Sr. No -1 of technical specification given in Annexure-B.

Supplying, fixing, & testing of 6 inch ball valve of rating PN 1.6 and as per technical specification following sizes as required and confirming the Sr. No -3 of technical specification given in Annexure-B.
Supplying, fixing, & testing of 4 inch ball valve of rating PN 1.6 and as per technical specification following sizes as required and confirming the Sr. No -3 of technical specification given in Annexure-B.
Supplying and fixing of 4 way fire brigade connection of cast iron body with gun metal male instantaneous inlet couplings complete with cap and chain as reqd. for suitable dia. MS pipe connection conforming to IS 904 as required and confirming the Sr. No - 4 of technical specification given in Annexure-B
Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of 6 inch gate valve double flanged of rating PN 1.6 as required and confirming the Sr. No - 5 of technical specification given in Annexure-B.
Supplying and fixing Single headed external yard hydrant valve with 1 No. 63 mm dia. instantaneous FM Gunmetal / Stainless Steel coupling and cast iron wheel, ISI marked, conforming to IS 5290 (type A) with blank Gunmetal / Stainless Steel cap and chain as required : and confirming the Sr. No - 6 of technical specification given in Annexure-B.
Supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning of 25 mm dia Air Release valve double flanged sluice valve of rating PN 1.6 with non rising spindle, bronze/gun metal seat, ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets and conforming to IS 780 as required. and confirming the Sr. No -7 of technical specification given in Annexure-B.
Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Pressure gauge with ½ inch needle ball valve and socket as per item no – 8 of technical specification and confirming the Sr. No - 8 of technical specification given in Annexure-B.
