Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sqm each etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

NOTE:- WP liquid will be measured and paid seprately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound pidiproof LW of M/s Pidilite Industries or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

M & L for applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of cement primer on walls of new concrete/plastered surfaces including preparation of new surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated or semicorrugated sheets) in roof covering etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (Aluminium zinc alloy coating150GSM both side together) confirming to ASTM -A- 792 - AZ - 150 GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa (Top colour coat: Silicon modified polyster 20 micron over 5 micron as per approved colour shade. Bottom colour coat: Light gray Epoxy paint 5-7 micron) as in roof covering/cladding to wall and louvers at any height, fixed with self tapping screws with PVC cap to match with sheet colour etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating , (Aluminium zinc alloy coating150GSM both side together) conforming to ASTM -A- 792 - AZ - 150 GI based plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering clading to wall/ ridges fixed to self taping screws etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

S & F wind ties of flat iron 25mm x 6mm size for roof including securing bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge.

Dismantling of ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, any size, including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Note:- The damaged surfaces to be made good with plastering (1:6). & applying colour wash in required coats to matching with existing surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Cost of the same deemed to be included in coated rates & nothing extra on this account admissible.

Taking down carefully old Distribution Board any type / any size including SP/TP switches fuse unit and all connected accessories. Dismantling carefully electric meter and keep in safe custody for reuse complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge. Note:- (a) The damaged surfaces to be made good with plastering (1:6). & applying colour wash in required coats to matching with existing surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Cost of the same deem to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra on this account admissible. .

M & L for point wiring (concealed) complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn though in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked, 20 mm dia including all accessories, concealed in walls/floors/ceilings etc by cutting chases using machine and making good the disturbed surface by using putty and white/colour wash, with and including suitable modular metal boxes, and 1.5 sq mm FRLS copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -charge. Note:- (1) Two runs of cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as unit length. (2) The damaged surfaces to be made good with plastering (1:6), 3 coats of colour wash matching with existing surfaces as directed by Engineer- in -charge will be carried out by contractor and cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Nothing extra on this account will be admissible.
