Supply of Variable Refrigerant Volume outdoor units comprising multiple high COP scroll compressors with invertor drive, low noise propeller type aero spiral fan, Condenser coil with special acrylic pretreatment for improved resistance to salt corrosion, refrigerant shut off valves, safety devices, lead free PC boards suitable for operation on R410A. Bidder shall mention in details the combination of units proposed for the total capacity 130 HP separately along with the unpriced bid. Note: For issuing detailed LOA, successful bidder will be asked to provide price detail of each outdoor unit (for offered total capacity of 130HP).

Part - C

HVAC System Piping, Regrigerant, Cabling & all other accessories

Supply & installation of suction & discharge Hard copper Refrigerant piping with proper supports/hangers from ceiling/wall as required at site & approved by consultant & duly insulated with closed cell elastomeric nitrile insulation of 19mm thick for pipes above 1" & 13 mm thick for pipes below 1".

Pressure testing of the entrire system with Nitrogen and vaccumizing the nitrogen.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of initial Charge of refrigerant gas - R 410 A

Supply and Laying of Control cable laying connecting the IDUs and ODUs (control wiring using 2C X 1.0 Sq.mm copper cable) with conduit.

Supply and Erection of PVC hard condenseated drain piping with 9mm thick Nitrile insulated including support and wall opening of the following sizes etc.

Part - D

Electrical & Civil Jobs

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Industrial PCC panel with Copper Busbars & MCCB control for 9 Feeders (1 Incomer & 8 Outcomers for ODU)

Supply Laying & termination of Cables 4C X 10 SQMM from PCC Distribution Panel to Roof top for all Out door Units

Supply Laying & termination of Cables 4C X 16 SQMM from PCC Distribution Panel to Roof top for all Out door Units

Cutting of old ceilings & Laying of new Ceilings with similar good quality material & Smoot finish as per office requirements

Civil works related to drilling holes of required sizes with suitable hole cutter, Breaking of walls for cable/piping route, restoration work
