Construction of false ceiling with gypsum plaster board and smoke detection system for control room premises at 132KV Substation, Sitarganj under OandM Division, PTCUL, Sitarganj

Construction of false ceiling of control room building at 132KV S/s, Sitarganj by supply and erection of high purity natural gypsum plasterboard of following specification along with all the accessories i.e. main support structures, angle, hanging wires, hooks and hinges, role pluck etc. including dismantling of existing illumination fixtures, ceiling fans/AC supply point all wiring, laying of new wiring, reinstallation of illuminaries, ceiling fans after extension of vertical length etc. including all labour and T&P complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge. (a) Size of gypsum plasterboards should be 2'x2' (b) Gypsum board should be tapered edge board covered with ivory cardboard on face side and aluminium foil insulation on back side and should be designed for direct attachement by screws, nails or adhesive to wood or matal framing and even existing surfaces. (c) Gypsum plaster board should be produced as per IS2095-per1, 2011 (d) Gypsum plaster board should be fore resistance (1 hours) with fire resistance class 1(BS476) (e) Standard thickness of the gypsum plasterboard should be > 8.5 mm (f) Humidity resistance (%RH) should be 99 (g) Thermal conductivity (W/mk) should be 0.16 (h) Water absorption below 10% as per standard EN-520T TASTMC 1396 breaking strength of gypsum plasterboard should be according to pass EN-520T ASTMC 1396

1.5 Sqmm multi stand flexible copper wire, best quality PVC pipe complete with bands and juction box including wiring of fan and light point on false ceiling.

LPCD/UL apprived conventional optical fire smoke detectors of reputed make as honeywell/ravel/system snor etc. with senstivity 1.9+0.6% per feet, with dual blinking LEDs to indicate healthy/trouble/alarm status. The detector should have at least 3 levels of senstivity settings, inbuild drift compensation facility and false alarm immunity.

Fire smoke dedction conventional stand alone fire protection panel having 2 zone protection 32 character LCD display, operating voltage 120-220 volt AC with battery and deep discharging.

Alarm/hooter unit ABF body, 220 volts in red colour.

Manual call point system with flexi element, 470 ohm resistes in red colour with ms hausing.

Best quality PVC pipe complete with bands.
