Pump Operator Long Text: Service of pump operator 3 no. for maintaining proper water distribution round the clock (24X7) to all the building at BCPL, Township as instructed by the EIC. (This item is not to be quoted by the bidders).

PF Long Text: Add PF rate on activity no. 10,20,30 (This item is not to be quoted by the bidders)

Facility management Long Text: Facility management charges if any against service charges and overheads on activity no. 10,20,30 ( to be quoted in % by the bidder)

Unskilled manpower Long Text: Providing services of unskilled manpower with required tools and tackles for carrying out assigned work ( as and when instructed by EIC) (This item is to be quoted by the bidders, minimum wages to be paid)

Civil Works (Building, Sanitary & Roads) Long Text: APWD item for the year 2020-2021:Any item, material or work covered under the APWD SOR -2013-14 shall be carried out by the contractor as per rates of APWD SOR -2013-14 , as per requirement and need to keep BCPL Township maintained during the contract period as directed by EIC (Engineer In charge)Percentage above the rates of APWD SOR to be quoted by the bidder.

APWD item for the year 2021-2022: Any item, material or work covered under the APWD SOR -2013-14 shall be carried out by the contractor as per rates of APWD SOR -2013-14, as per requirement and need to keep BCPL Township maintained during the contract period as directed by EIC (Engineer In charge) Percentage above the rates of APWD SOR to be quoted by the bidder.

Percentage above the rates (On item activity no 170 & 180) of APWD SOR to be quoted by the bidder.

Items purchased through vouchers added by 10% on account of contractor's profit and overhead for the items other than the tender items required under this contract. Note: This is Lump sum amount kept for voucher purchased during contract period. The party need not to quote for this item.
