Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and not exc 1.5 mtr deep for laying of pipe in Hard dense soil etc and getting out all as specified.

Returning, filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick hard soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance 150mtr and deposit where directed at alevel not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Taking down GI tubing ,PVC Pipes and rubberised pipe incl connections and joints, segregation to serviceable water tubing encl remove to U/S water tubing from site of size 150/100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(a) Dewatering of left out water from the tank manually or by pumping out throgh pump set

(b) Taking out complete sludge/mud from the tank and removing/storing the same at low level are ermarked by Engr-in-Charge within 50 m radius

(c ) Cleaning inner surface of wall and bottom of tank with the help of wire brushes, scrapper and broom for cleaning of sludge from walls/floors

(d) Washing of inner walls of tank by bleaching powder solutiion

(e) The empty sedimentation tank shall be first cleaned with fresh water twice and there after cleaned with fresh water sterililsed with 2% solution of potassium permagnate and writing location, capacity and date of cleaning with white paint firm and hand written over a black plate with synthetic enamel paint etc complete for entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note : After cleaning the water tank contractor has to mentioned the date of cleaning and date of due for cleaning with white paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S& F in replacement of chalorine dosing tank of capacity 100 ltrs with FRP Lid complete all as specified and directed. Make Declibac / Aquafit or equivalent

S& in replacement of burn out UNSV motor, single phase of agitator with shaft and blade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of UNSV reciprocating adjutable dosing pump chemical feeder for injecting calcium hypochalride employing motor drivern of capacity 2US GPD to 40 US GPD with adjustable high pressure pump upto 100 PSI , Power rating 230V , 50 Hz , rpm 44. Make : Declibac/ Aquafit or equivalent

Dismantling and taking out the UNSV centrifugal pumping set with motor from the existing foundation for carring necessary repair/ servicing by replacing the unservicable parts including fixing of new coupling (CI/rubber) as per existing all as required at site of work of capacity 5 to 15 HP, including re-fixing at same location and making all connections complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-Spares shall be measured and paid seperately as under mentioned :-

Taking out worn winding of centrifugal pump motor stator of capacity 5 to 10 HP carefully and rewinding the same with existing size of super enamelled copper winding wire ,including necessary varnishing and insulating material baking etc, transportation to workshop and back at site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of surface for painting of Pump/ motor of any type any capacity and Pipe of any dia/any number of pipes for complete installation for suction/delivery, control valves applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer as per colour code, with proper arrow mark with white paint of first quality on each pipe indicating direction of flow complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentling the old unsv valve pit chamber & Construction of Brick masonary Valve pit of size 900x600x1000mm for opening and closing valve build in CM 1:6 including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/strata including fixing MS sheet of cover 3 mm thick over angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm with laying and locking arrangement with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 internally, complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of water for chemical test and bacterial test complete report in respect of water sample of Joshimath station from IIT Roorkee and contractor will submit the test report to Engr In Charge . Note :Testing of sample will be carried on qtrly basis for three station Tapovan, Joshimath and RVC
