Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). in tenches (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, foundations, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto plinth level finishing complete, excluding cost of Rebars, centering, shutteringetc all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-35 grade cement concrete at all level for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including transport, placing, compaction,pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability, compaction with needle as well as surface vibrator, finishing, curing, cover blocks, etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of reinforcement bars. (Note :- Minimum Cement content considered in this item is @ 370 kg/cum. Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable @ Rs 380/- per Bag. Excess cement if any as per approved design mix shall be used. However excess cement is not payable separately. Unit rate shall be quoted accordingly.
Plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) at all heights including providing scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.
52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.
Providing & applying two or more coats of solvent free epoxy paint of HUNTSMAN/CICO or equivalent consisting of base and hardener in suaitable proportions as recommended by manufacturer's on concrete surface to achive a dry film thickness of 250 micron (+/- 5%), over a coat of epoxy primer, to protect concrete surface from various acids, alkalies, sodium sulphate solid as well as liquid solution including preparing the surface by scrubbing with wire brushes, cost of materials, labour, power tools & tackles etc. complete as per manufacturers recommendations, as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
