Excavation work for all kind of soil,rock etc by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means without blasting in foundation trenches or drains including refilling,dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5 m, also including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils within a lead of 50 m as per specfcation and as directed by EIC.

Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolishing Plain Cement Concrete by mechanical/ manual means without damaging adjacent structures, including disposal of material within 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling and levelling of the available excavated earth/debris in plinth in layers not exceediing 20 cm in depth including breaking clods, consolidating each deposited layer by watering, ramming, levelling, dressing to required profile, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller with all lead and lift complete as per the direction of the engineer in charge. Note: Contractor shall arrange transport for fetching the excavated earth from the dump within the HWP(K) plant premises to the work spot.

Dry stone pitching/soling 22.5 cm thick with interstices filled with sand including supply of stones, sand and preparing surface complete as per the direction of the engineer in charge.

Providing all tools, tackels, machineries, manpower, material for anchoring 16 mm dia. TMT bars of Grade Fe500D/Fe500EQR (as per IS 1786) of make SAIL or RINL or TISCO or ISCO, with epoxy grouting & with a minimum depth of 1.5 meter from foundation bed level/desired level including drilling a hole of minimum dia. 32 mm and depth of 1.5 meter, cleaning of anchoring hole with pressurized water, epoxy grouting the bars ( length of each bar 2.30 mtr i.e 1.50 mtr grouted in hole and 0.8 mtr L in foundation ) as per the manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 coarse sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size) for all works upto 3 meter height, including consolidation, finishing, curing, cover blocks etc. but excluding cost of Form work, shuttering, centering complete as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Steel reinforcement i.e. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of Grade Fe500D/Fe500EQR of make SAIL or RINL or TISCO or ISCO at all levels for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Erecting Structural Steel work anchor bolts, nuts etc in single sections including cutting, hoisting, welding, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red oxide steel primer etc. as required including providing & fixing all required Connection Accessories like Tension Ties, Tie Rod, Brackets, Plates, Nut, bolts and duly punched with dimple/slot at required locations and size as per approved drawing etc. including materials, manpower, tools and tackles, transport etc. all complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for trenches, Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. as per the specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). in tenches (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, foundations, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto plinth level finishing complete, excluding cost of Rebars, centering, shutteringetc all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-35 grade cement concrete at all level for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including transport, placing, compaction,pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability, compaction with needle as well as surface vibrator, finishing, curing, cover blocks, etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of reinforcement bars. (Note :- Minimum Cement content considered in this item is @ 370 kg/cum. Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable @ Rs 380/- per Bag. Excess cement if any as per approved design mix shall be used. However excess cement is not payable separately. Unit rate shall be quoted accordingly.

Plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) at all heights including providing scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing & applying two or more coats of solvent free epoxy paint of HUNTSMAN/CICO or equivalent consisting of base and hardener in suaitable proportions as recommended by manufacturer's on concrete surface to achive a dry film thickness of 250 micron (+/- 5%), over a coat of epoxy primer, to protect concrete surface from various acids, alkalies, sodium sulphate solid as well as liquid solution including preparing the surface by scrubbing with wire brushes, cost of materials, labour, power tools & tackles etc. complete as per manufacturers recommendations, as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
