Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement) Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering in two layers (i.e) CM 1:6, 10mm thick as first layers and CM 1:4, 5mm thick as 2nd layer wtih liquid water proofing on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed Note: (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces of concrete in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a priming coat on walls upto 4th floor including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premises clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed (Colour/shade as directed by GE).

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting down vegitation growth like plants/trees of girth n.exc.15cm from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldgs, chajjas, wall junctions at junctions of rain water/CI waste water pipe junctions including removal of roots and taking out carefully possible quantity of concrete in roofs embedded in walls/slab surfaces including reparing the GI/CI/PVC pipe joints of that affected location and applying TUFALO chemical (herbal medicine) to arrest further growth and making good the disturbed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 or CM 1:2 or brick work in CM 1:4 and plastering with CM 1:4 with addition of WPC and treating the surface to match with the adjoining surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed. Note for serial Item No 29.00:- (a) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to incl the cost of scafolding/staging etc. (b) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes special damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to ensure leakage/seapage free joint . Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included in the cost for replacement of specials. (c) WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc. 30 cm high or building with synthetic enamel paint. Complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only liquid water proofing complete all as specified and as directed
