Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground Floors and Pavings not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level), complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth and getting out as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated Material (Soil) not exc. 50.00 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded aggregate as in Foundation, Filling and Mass Concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Coping/ leveling coarse bed plate,hold fast etc,block benching,channeling slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including form work and finishing all exposed faces of cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only Brick Work using old bricks obtained from demolition, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water, remove dust, debries/ rubbish, etc., complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, finishing plastered surfaces Even and fair without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete type B1(1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Cover Slab of Man Holes, Septic Tanks, etc., set in Cement Mortar 1:4 including necessary forms, moulds, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

M&L TMT Bars 8 to 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crank-ing, bending and binding with and including Mild Steel Wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 450mm bore Reinforced concrete , class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete type C2 , 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in Concrete bed to salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes of internal dia 450mm, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels,benching/haunching of manhole, road side drains including use & waste of fromwork complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct to above for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30cm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing of soft/ loose soil not exceeding 15cm deep completed all as specified and directed

M&L for Moorum/red bajari in floors or paving, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick spread, leveled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any Position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embossed with contractor's firm name while carrying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date. The subject tender caters all the taxes & levies as on date including the latest notification of GST issued as on date ( issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs)
