Demolition of cement concerete(unreinforced) in ground floors not exceeding 15cm thickness(Below or above GL) and removing rubbish off the premises,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls and ceiling etc. including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:4 on surfaces other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces as back coat, over sump roof mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

M&L cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in floors and pavings of 25 thick all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick set joined and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet glass, 3mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 sq. m in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

Figured glass pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane thickness in 3.00 mm all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 75mm thick, as in plinth protection, finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5 kg / sq. m and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 160 gms / sqm) laid over primed surface including bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 applied @ 0.3 litre/sq.m by forced application, complete all as specified and directed. The roof treatement consisting of as under :- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 litre/sqm. (ii) Laying of APP based membrane of specified thickness and weight. S&F in repairs of 1.6mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to concrete or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required and complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into apikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed baluster; walk ways; railings; framedwork or cover for water tanks and similar work including necessary holdfast and handles conforming to Fe 290 gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for over hauling of rolling shutter of area exc 5 Sqm but n exc 20 sqm each and overhaulling greasing oiling repairing worn out rebets etc including minor welding work as required and refixing in the same position in the smooth functioning of shutters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
