Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.of MORTH road wing specification for road and bridge works (latest revision) and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes(Grade-II) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.of MORTH road wing specification for road and bridge works (latest revision) and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying Priming coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.70 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

(Tack coat):-Providing and applying tack coat with RS-1(S 90) emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg/Sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleared with mechanical brooms of MORTH road wing specification for road and bridge works (latest revision) and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying 50 mm thick dense graded bituminous macadam with 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bitumen binder(VG-30) @ 4.0 to 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix material to work site in clean insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping & laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification Clause 507 complete in all respects.
