Taking down cement or cement lime plaster , any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for 25 mm thick plastering/rendering in two layers on brick work on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufaturer's instructions , first layers 15 mm thick with rough surface including fixing with MS wiremesh in curves , straight and as required and second layer 10 mm thick finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: ( Water proofing compound and MS wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately).

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as specified & directed.

M&L75 mm thick cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.50 mm graded aggregate) as in flooring including fixing with MS wiremesh etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in - Charge. Note :(MS wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for 05 mm thick plastering/rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with lwater proofing compound as per manufaturer's instructions finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :( water proofing compound shall be measured and paid sepretaely).

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for expanded metal , cut to length , bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia and weight n. exc 4 kg /sqm or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed to concrete surface for plaster etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M & L for applying water proofing compound i.e Masterseal 551 of MAKE : BASF (or equivalent as approved) @ of 1.80 Kg/Sqm in two or subsequent coats on wall and floor of static water tank as per manufacturer's instruction etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Note:- 1. After repairing of tank, contractor shall ensure that after filling of water in SWT as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, there is no leakage/seepage in that SWT. However if, leakage/seepage observed within 15 days of initial filling of water in SWT, the contractor shall make his own arrangement to drain off the water from SWT and rectify the defects to arrest the leakage/seepage in that SWT. The SWT will be retested after refilling of water as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of the same. 2. The payment to the contrator shall only be made after it is cerified by the Engineer-in-Charge that there is no leakage/seepage in the SWTs.
