Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and not exc 50 mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface o WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer including cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L For Premix bituminous, macadam compacted thickness 75 mm or less with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 bitumen of any penetration laid /rolled to required gradint and camber using power roller 8-12 tonnes complete all as specifed and as directed

M & L Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer including cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Bituminous premix semi dence asphaltic dense concrete 40mm thick compacted with 5.5 % binder content as in semi-dense asphaltic concrete total mix rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and complete to required camper and gradient complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repairs Solar Light Road studs LED based of size (125x125x25mm) (Model -DA-110-DHRUV of SINOR ) with Aluminium alloy body and Solar powered by nanocrystal solar panel with one high capacity NI-CD Recahrgeable battery and three LED on each side (total six LEDs) fixed with araldite solution /12 mm dia 125 mm long pointed nails complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size (110mm x 120mm x 24 mm) with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road marking upto 15 cm width and 2.5mm thick on centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint (Hot melted mixture of resins, glass beads, pigments, and fillers) of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height above ground level duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) (450x450x450mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repairs retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 600 mm with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of S.S. angle iron of size (25x25x3 mm) along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. S.S. angles of size (35x35x5 mm) to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section S.S (50x50x6 mm) welded with base plate of size (100x100x5 mm) at the bottom end embedding in PCC (1:2:4) (600X600X600 mm) and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing S.S. message plate of required size.Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.complete all as specified and as directed.
