Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out soft/loose soil , returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplush soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and all as specified.

M&L for PCC Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including necessary welding where required as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Gde E-165 (Fe 290).

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars of 10 mm dia and over, fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed. Note: Cost of cutting to length, bent to shape rquired & binding with MS wire is included in above rate.

S&F for Mild steel screw bolts dia of Neck 5mm to 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long compleete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including door /gate , frame ,trusses compete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plate , rails braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging or slinding with and including either hooks hinges and rollers for slinding gates, guide rail of MS flat and framing required for fixing of rollers, pintle hinges, locking arrangement as required and hanging also fastening and fixing complete using Fe- 290 (Gde E-165) quality 'A' compleete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings unframed 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position

Restraining & resecuring the old Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed including making good stable etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) column cross section 150 mm x 150 mm with contineous vertical grooves of size 60 mm x 35 mm at two sides of column to receive the precast panels including reinforced with 7 nos wires of 3 mm dia high tensile corbonized steel surfaces finished even and smooth including errecting in position all as specified and as directed incl taking down of old column from sub base PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre stressed pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) panels of cross section of panel (300X45 mm) reinforced with 4 nos wires of 3 mm dia high tensile corbonized steel, including fixing in position in between column grooves and jointing and flush pointing of all horizontal and vertical joints of panels with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed incl taking down of old Panel complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Pre cast RCC (M-25 grade) louvres and jallies, 35mm thick set in cement mortar 1:4 (measured solid) , including all mouldings complete and design /pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling/Demolition/Chipping carefully loose/distressed portions of reinforced cement concrete to a depth or thickness varying from 10 mm to 100mm (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) work by means of sharp chisel, low impact hamer without damaging existing strong concrete upto the suitabale depth of unsound concrete in beams, roofs, chajjas, columns, staircase, landing, parapets, soffits of slabs and similar suspended work etc incl disposal of broken material/malba to the distance of 50m complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Work to be carried out in patches. M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D -2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified.

Fixing Nail Zn coated of thickness 6.5 mm and length 63 mm (2 1/2") - 2 nos. Fixing Details: Pipe Support Clamping Unit to be fixed at every metre distance in the duct as specified in Chief Engineer Jodhpur Zone Technical Drawing (TD) of Factory Made Pipe Supporting System. Make : Shaivi or equivalent as approved by GE.

Note:- (i) for item Nos 114, 119, 121, 123, 168 & 169 Pipe shall be fixed on the wall/floor with the help of pipe supoorting clamps as per item Nos. 186 & 187 (ii) for all items , for any damage to MES property (Path, walls, Road, UG cable, UG pipes etc) done by the contractor while execution of work shall be repaired by the contrcator within 2 Hrs of breakdown if it pertains to E/m Ext Elec, Ext water Supply to avoid hampering of services in Stn without claiming any extra cost from the Department
