Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on Brick Work or Concrete Surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4, mixing with WPC as per Manufacturer’s Instructions, finishing Plastered Surfaces Even and Smooth without using extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Water Proofing Compound (WPC) will be Measured and Paid separately under relevant Item as 'Supply only'.

M & L for rendering in cement mortar (1:6), 15 mm thick on brick wall or on concrete surfaces finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed

S&F for plastic dividing strips, 1.5 mm thick and and 38mm wide inserted in position, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, 100mm thick using 40mm graded aggregate as in Sub base of floors in alternate bays, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors/ sub-base to floors complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 100mm thick hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge exc. 63mm but n. exc 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and remmed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays not exceeding 2 mtr in length each bay finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastrered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali riesistant primer paint, complete as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of approved pattern & design of angle or other section conforming Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering of doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooking and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (including of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, complete all as specefied and and directed.

M&L for 1.46mm thick Mild steel plates, plain or chequered in available sizes ,Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality- A, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for welded steel wire fabric exc 4 kg per sqm supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members including necessry binding wire, nut & bolts, welding complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction but welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240 and fixed with welding, nuts & bolts etc, provinding and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc. complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars of 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
