Outsourcing of services for manning & operation of pump house water supply installation near NMR Bldg at INMAS area complete with all fittings/fixtures, control panel, internal fittings, sluice valves, gate valves and foot valves, in THREE SHIFTS of 8 hours each per day (each shift of 08 hrs from 0600hrs to 1400 hrs 1st shift, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs 2nd shift, 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs 3rd shift) including Sunday and holidays, by providing and deployment of one skilled operator cum mechanic including routine and periodical check ups and upkeep the installation in clean and tidy condition internally and surrounding areas externally by cutting of grass and bushes /wild plants etc complete all as specified and as directed . The installation mainly comprises the following:- (a) Electric Pump set with motor 20 HP 3 Phase of Make Kirloskar- 03 Nos. (b) Pump set 5 HP (NMR) - 02 Nos. (c) Header - 01 No. (d) OHT – 01 No. (e) Foot valves. (f) Sluice valves. (g) Electric LT Panels (h) RO Plant of capacity 10000 Ltr/Hr with all the fittings and fixtures including electric assets. (j) Submersible pump sets in INMAS permises.

Outsourcing of services for Manning operation & maint of Central AC Plant to maintain the inside condition throughout the running period by cooling or heating by employing one skilled operator cum mechanic on 02 shifts from (0600 hrs to 1400hrs Ist shift and 1400 hrs to 2200 Hrs 2nd shift) for 05 days in a week (Monday to Friday ) for 03x100TR capacity installed in SSPL including checking and atteding minor repair for proper functioing of plant, components, compressor , condensor, electric motors, pumps sets, AHU, blower motor, suction and discharge pipe lines, refrigeration piping system alongwith functioning of interlocking system LP/HP outside etc complete all as specified & directed.The AC Plant installation mainly comprising of the following:- (a) compressor Make Blue Star-03 Nos. (b) Condensor unit -03 Nos. (c) AHU -19 Nos. (d) Hot water generator 120KW -02 Nos. (e) Monoblock chilled/hot water pump set -03 Nos. (f) Electrical panel, AHU Starter Panels (g) Ducting complete System Note for ser item No 4.00 (i) The contractor shall employ 01 Refg Mech per shift per day (in each shift of 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400hrs to 2200hrs .EACH Refrigerator Machanic (Skilled) must having ITI certificate and also having five year Experience in operation of AC Plant. (ii) The in side weather condition to be maintained in building are as under:- Temprature 20 degree C +/- 2 degree C, Relative humidity - 50%+/-5%.

Outsourcing of services for manning, upkeeping and operation of HT electric substation complete for ITG server at SSPL in single shift of 08 hours (from 0900 hours to 1700 hours) per day including Sunday and holidays by providing and deployment of one skilled electrician cum mechanic in each shift complete all as specified and as directed. The Installation mainly comprises the following :- (a) HT panel incoming- 01 No. (b) HT panel OCB outgoing - 02 Nos. (c) Transformer step down 630 KVA, three phase, 11 KV/433 V- 01 No. (d) Transformer step down 315 KVA , 3 phase, 11KV/433 V- 01 No. (e) LT Panels for 315 and 630 KVA transformers- 02 Nos. (f) DG Sets of 1 x 250 KVA capacity and 1 x 200 KVA capacity at SSPL.

Notes : Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included the following :- (i) Operator cum mechanic (skilled) shall be of Diploma/ITI passed with having training certificate in relevent trade not less than three year shall be employed for each shift.. (ii) It is an express condition of the contract that tenderers are required to quote their rates duly considered minimum applicable as per policy wages of the tradesmen intended in the tender, as in force on the end date of bid submission. It shall be deemed that quoted rates are based on minimum wages notified by the concerned authority for the station i.e Govt of India/State Govt/Union Teritory, whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC , Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable. (iii) In case the rates quoted by tenderer are less than the notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date including all statutory provisions such as EPF, GST, ESIC, Bonus, labour welfare cess (LWC) and contractor's overhead & profits etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as non-bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined amongst valid/bonafide bids only. (iv) The firm/contractor shall be solely and fully responsible to his reprsentative/personal for any accident/damage during maintenance/operation/health related liabilities/compensation, penelty etc on this account. (v) T&P required such as spanner set, wrench, screw driver set, testing lamp, drilling machine and multimeter, tong tester, megger etc as well as protective devices (shoes, helmet etc) shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost.

(vi) Contractor shall be responsible to maintain log books, duty roster attendance register and spare for repair/renewal of parts register, earth register, serviceability register of lifts, chlorine test register and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (vii) Shift Operator (reliever) shall neither leave the installations without prior permission of JE/Engineer-in-Charge. Proper handing/taking over to the next operator will be made. (viii) Two pairs of uniform with name plate of operator & firm and shoes shall be provided to each operator by the contractor. (ix) First Aid box will be provided by contractor at each installation. (x) Any increase in minimum wages of labour as fixed by the Govt of India/state Govt/ union Territory, whichever is higher shall be paid to the contractor in accordance with the provision made vide condition 63 of IAFW-2249. Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to workers by the contractor. no other claim whatsoever shall be addmissible on this account and the bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. It must be noted that in compliance of the statutory provisions, the increased will be passed over to the workers. (xi) Any consumble item shall be issued by department free for fixing/filling. The contractor shall collect and transport the same from E/M store yard to the requisite installations within 24 Hours at his own cost and arrangement. Proper record for issue & receipt for this shall be maintained by the Engineer-in-Charge & contractor.

(xii) The Contractor shall not pay wages lower than the latest notified minimum wages in force to their workmen/ tradesmen including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions. Bidders shall consider this aspect while quoting their rates. (xiii) Duty roster for detailement of operators shall be approved by Engr-in-charge within first three days of every month and the same shall be kept on record and properly displayed at each installation. (xiv) The contractor will arrange the earth tester, Megger & clamp meter for installation and will check all the earthings of lifts for its serviceability in presence of JE E/M, Engr-in-Charge and test report shall be submitted to the office of AGE E/M duly signed by the contractor on commencement of work for record. (xv) For any damage to the installations due to negligence of operator such as loose connections, improper routine check up/maintenance etc. the contractor shall be held fully responsible to replace the same damage at his own cost all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xvi) Original certificates regarding qualifications of operators engaged in the work, police verification and identity proof shall be produced by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge for verification and approval.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan not exceeeding 1.5mtr below or above ground level including demolition of old unserviceable brick work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-1 (using 20mm graded machine crushed stone aggregate) finished even and smooth without using extra cement for foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded machine crushed sotne aggregate on brick pillars etc finished even and smoooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick work/concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface including preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS sheet/angle including cutting, welding nuts, bolts etc and make required size including dismantling /taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.
