M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M & L Cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

M & L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. M & L 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) in floors and pavings etc finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and foot path etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down PVC shoe 100 mm dia from existing PVC pipe fixed to walls incl removal of adhesive or cutting of 100 mm PVC pipe carefully and M & L PVC bend 100 mm dia any radius to existing pipe with adhesive complete all as specified and directed

M & L PVC pipe ( SWR ) 100 mm dia in small length laid on wall/ floors etc fixed to the PVC bend with adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in bed and haunching to drain pipe all as specified and directed

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 150 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling of bore hole of 300 mm dia upto 25 mtr depth below ground level/ excavated level in any kind of soil strata incl hard stone/ boulders etc complete with errection of all machinary at site and removal of all tools and plants after completion of work and all as specified and directed.

S & F M S ERW pipe 200 mm nominal dia slotted threaded & socket jointed with minimum 8.0 mm thickness of pipe with casing bail plug ( casing shoe ) complete incl lowering in the bore hole upto 25 mtr below ground level/ excavated level complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Inter locking tiles/paver blocks 60 mm thick coloured glossy type rubber moulded and vibro compacted M-35 laid over and incl 50 mm sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.
