Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, trenches foe laying Cable or pipe etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good disturbed surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling water and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean and dry river sand for protection of cable with approved sand of uniform thickness. laid dry, filling in trenches and punning down in proper required layers complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Materials and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), as in coping, bed plate, kerbs, water troughs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded agregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.), chullha hoods, chajjas, water troughs, shelves and similar articles of any thickness and any size as required at site set jointed and pointed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. Note- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter with rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions with rough finished square, rectangular, or polygonal surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel works as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel works as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel works as in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 11 to 15mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 22.5cm and n exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel rag or lewis, bolts diameter of neck 20mm, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, length of bolt exc 15cm and n exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 4mm dia chain link MS galvanisd fencing of size 50 x 50mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fence shall be ascertained through BOO.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wires complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia in fencing conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor and pavings etc including finish the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 80mm thick and M-40 Grade machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanised iron pipe 50mm bore (light grade) for protection of UG Cable, laid in floors / road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron as steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion including taking down old existing unserviciable earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- GI strip upto 7.5m length including testing shall be included in quoted rates.

Supply and installation of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (zinc & alloy coated), zinc coating ( 80-100) microns with pure zinc (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250)microns. Earthing system conforming to IS-3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 76.2 mm & 41.9 mm, 3mtrs length, zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the top side for additional corrosion protection of the terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL(CF) (Crystalline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits of dimension 60cm X 60cm up to depth of 3.1m and replace the soil with low resistive soil as approved by Engr-in-Charge, then make a bore of dia 200mm of depth 3.1m and refilling the same by conductolite back fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material / metal having RoHS Certification from NABL accredited lab. Good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 2 bags including FRP (Fiber reinforced plastic) light weight, high mechanical strength, chemical resistance with detachable easy locking lid of size 250mm X 250mm of thickness 2mm,and the earthing should be installed by applicator of the manufacturer / authorised dealer including taking down old existing unserviciable earthing complete all as specified and directed. (Make : ASHLOK / MACKMET).

Material and labour for earthing continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or recess or chases with 20 x 3 mm copper strip fixed on porcelin insulator at distance 45 cm including nut bolt drilling hole etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joining of copper strip shall be made by brazing after fixing of nuts & bolts.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured LT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 4 Sqmm, 2 core, 1100 Volts (earthed) grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Taking down old unserviciable XLPE cable of any type, size 50 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured LT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 50 sqmm, 3.5 core, 1100 Volts (earthed) grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP 22 (overall length 8.50 meter) conforming to IS-2713 (Part 1 to 3) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, screws. Pole shall be painted with two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and the remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer, painting black & yellow alternate strips of 30cm each externally from ground level upto 1.2m with synthetic enamel paint, numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Materials and labour for cross arm bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cable junction box 130x130x77mm in size, for 2.5 - 6sqmm cable size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP-66 protection for outdoor installation with knockouts for cable entry mounted on poles with flat iron clamps of size 25x3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix straight through heat shrink cable joint kit including making joints of UG electric cable 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with PVC/XLPE insulated aluminum stranded conductor, nominal cross-sectional area exc. 25 Sqmm but not exc. 50 Sqmm, 3½ core and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix automatic street light switch using nature switch for automatic switching of street light based on LUX level on nature light. The infrared sensor based nature switch along with lighting load 3-5 KW, with suitable power contractor and MCBs of suitable rating should be enclosed in pole / wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction Box confirming to IP-54 fixed to pole by using MS clamps fabricated out of 25x3mm thickness, bolts and nuts as required at site and connected to street light over head / under ground feeder astronomical time switch consisting of nature switch- 02 Nos + contractor + MCB etc housed in a pole mountable enclosure complete all as specified and directed. Make- Swadeep, Cat No. SWADEEP 02 EC 3 KW1P single phase or equivalent madel of Make Kaktiya Energy System /Havells / Bajaj / L&T / CG. Note- Quoted rate shall be included for sensor, contactor, incoming- outgoing MCBs, Enclosure etc.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made outdoor cubical type (CPRI approved) LT feeder panel board of size 1.00Mx1.00Mx0.50M fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, angle iron frame of size 50mm x50mmx6mm, totally enclosed weather, dust & vermin proof with cable entry and exit through bottom with double compression copper stainless steel cable glands and gaskets, front & back side operated double door with proper hinge , cable termination box and locking arrangement with copper bus bar of suitable rating fixed on porcelain insulator and painting to panel board complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer with spray painting on internal and external surfaces including internal wiring using with suitable size of copper conductor cables and aluminium strips for incoming and outgoing connections of all switches / MCB's / MCCB', Bus bar cable alloy, bus bar shall be insulated with colour code / sleeves / tapes including necessary PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggegate) for foundation / plateform including taking down old unserviciable LT feeder panel board complete all as specified and directed.

LT feeder panel board shall constitute with follwing accessories :- INCOMING :- (a) MCCB 4 pole 63 Amp, 415 volts, 25 KA (fixed thermal and magnetic release setting) - 01 No. OUTGOING :- (a) MCB SPN 40 Amp, 10KA- 03 No. (b) LED indicator lamp (RYB) - 01 Set (c) Copper bus bar 300 Amp- 04 No. (d) Provision for fixing of 1KVA single phase voltage stabilizer. Note:- Quoted rates are inclusive of following:- (i) Contractor shall submit the design of the LT feeder panel board alongwith accessories for approval of GE before fabrication. (ii) Plateform of suitable size in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggegate) minimum 40 cm below NGL and 45 cm above NGL.

Supply and fix in repair 200 Watt rectangular LED flood light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminum housing with toughened glass and high power LED ,IP- 66, 230 Volt, IP-66, 5700K complete all as specified and directed. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy ± 2.5% of capacity 1 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
