Evolving planning, hydraulic design, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, FSSM (Fecal Sludge & Septage Management) facility, capacity 60 KLD (60000 lit/day) for Dharamshala Smart City, H.P. including procurement of FSSM carrying machinery (4 Nos- 4m³ capacity each of tractor mounted model) & its all associated components for collection & transportation of faecal sludge from households to FSSM Facility and Operation & Maintenance of whole system for five years, including 90 days trial runs as per guideline prescribed in CPHEEO manual with latest amendments. FSSM facility should be capable for treatment of Fecal Sludge and its by-products (leachate, biosolids) for reuse in irrigation (liquid), manure (biosolids) as per the parameters described in in CPHEEO manual with latest amendments. The scope of the work includes, Construction of Inlet Feeding Tank, Odour Control Unit, Gravity Thickener, Screen Chamber, Grit Channel, Distribution Box, Liquid-biosolid Separation & Drying Units (Semi Circular Roof Covered with Poly Carbonate Sheet, 6mm thick, supported with tubular section), Solar Deactivation Unit for biosilids (Semi Circular Roof Covered with Poly Carbonate Sheet, 6mm thick, supported with tubular section), MBAR (Multi Baffled Anaerobic Reactor), Leachate Treatment Unit based on Engineered Natural Treatment System, treatment and polishing of treated leachate with the help of Poshing Pond System, Multi Media Filter, Disinfection Unit, Lime Tank, Interconnecting Pipes for FSTP & Effluent Pipe (Ductile Iron K-7 pipes and valves of designed dia), Construction of Interconnecting Paths (1.2 meter wide) between various units, Railing and Access Ladder, Electro - Mechanical Equipment (renewable energy system based on solar & wind turbine) Laboratory cum chowkidar room (33 sqm), Site Development, Construction of Internal Road inside the FSTP (3 meter wide and paved), Providing and fixing Boundary wall around the FSTP Yard with fencing panel (brick masonry, minimum height 2.10 meter above ground level), Landspacing & Gardening of Treatment Plant Area (with Ornamental Plants), Flood Security Light arrangement, steel gate. All units of the FSSM Facility should be constructed in RCC (M-30 grade, not leaner than 1:1.5:3). The design methodology for FSSM Facility should be based on CPHEEO manual with latest amendments duly vetted from IIT/NIT/PEC and all the process design constants and kinetic equation used should be supported with authentic references.Refer chapter vi (a) to (c) for basic data, scope of work, Technical specification & Terms & conditions.
