M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Skirting, Dado, Risers of Steps, Jambs, Pillars etc. with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire height of skirting / dado / risers and joints shall match with the flooring.

S & F Mirror finished Stainless Steel [Grade 302] Letter of height not less than 400 mm, made with 1.2 mm thick Hollow Tube of suitable size / pattern, fixed on Plastered Surfaces / Granite Dado etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and Pavings not exceeding 15cm thick [below or above ground level] and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting by using power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for Soling of spread thickness 200mm with broken boulders or quarried stones, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 150 mm thick [compacted thickness] [Two layers of 75mm thick each] Water Bound Macadam with coarse aggregate of Grading 2 [63 to 40mm size] spread, rolled with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparing unsurfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 KG per 10 Sq.m of paving bitumen of grade VG -30 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparing existing black top surface surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 KG per 10 Sq.m of paving bitumen of grade VG-30 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for laying Bituminous Premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete, 40 mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen of Grade VG – 30, with 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified. Note: Minimum Bitumen content shall be 5.5% as specified here in above. Please note that if the actual quantity of bitumen to be incorporated on approval of Mix–Design is found more than the minimum bitumen content specified above, No price adjustment shall be made for actual bitumen content of Mix–Design. Bitumen shall be Paving Bitumen of Grade VG–30 and shall be procured by the contractor.

M & L for PCC type B-0 1:2:4, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone/fixing of delinator complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on road, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide with two coats of road marking paint of colour white or golden yellow complete including preparation of existing bituminous surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.
