Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/ Clerestory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. Lead Lined doors - Painted a) Providing and fixing of hollow metal door at all levels from ISO 9001- 2015 certified manufacturer. All hollow metal general doors with or without vision panel. Pressed galvanised steel Single /Double leaf to required sizes of approved make Shakti Hormann or approved equivalent which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed below and conforming to IS 277. b) Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 143 x 57mm made out of 1.6mm (14gauge) thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be butted and field assembled with bolts. The inside face of the frame face trim to rebate height should be protected with 1.6mm thick lead line. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the strike jamb. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for doors on the clear masonry opening.
c) Door leaf shall be 48mm thick fully flush double skin door. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18guage) thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid with lead line of 1.6mm thick all across the inside of the exposed surface. In addition the door should have steel channel reinforcement with a basic infill of honeycomb core. All doors should be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers as per ANSI Standard. The edges should be interlocked with lock seam. For pair of doors integrated astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Hardware shall be of approved make. d) Vision panel of size 200 x 300mm to be provided. Lead line glass of 8.5mm with radiation shield shall be provided with beeding arrangement. e) All doors and frames shall be finished Pure Polyster Powder coated and shall have passed minimum 500 hours of salt sprey test. f) Rate should include supply and installation of door and hardware as a complete assembly as mentioned in the door and hardware schedule. Door frame shall be Single rebate profile of size 125 x 60mm made out of 1.60mm thick Stainless steel sheet (14 gauge). Frames should be mitered and field assembled with self tabs. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be filled with PUF as recommended by the manufacturer.
Door leaf should be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18 guage) thick Stainless steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid with steel stiffeners/ pads and reinforcement. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors should be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be Double side as per joinery details with a screw on glass beeding on the inside. The glass should be 5mm clear toughened glass. There would be Warranty of 20 years on uPVC Profile & five years on associate hardware from the date of installation. UPVC windows must be installed by profile manufacturer only. Manufacturer must be experienced to supply & self-installation of windows/ventilators. Manufacturer/Supplier must be BSI and ISO certified for ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems). Manufacturer/Supplier must submit the test certificates for Weather Resistance, energy simulation, fire propagation, uPVC profile test report, Silicon test report, Salt Spray test, Zn Coating on Steel Reinforcement, gasket test report, scratch resistance, Tensile strength, charpy impact strength, Vicat-softening temperature (VST) and several other parameters. Installation: There should be 300-350 mm gap between the each fastener for installation. Frame fastener M8x80/100mm type to be used; masking tape must be use during the filling of silicon to make it clean and even surface. For proper insulation weather sealant silicone / PU foam must be provided. Final alignment and operation of windows to be checked before handover.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick Suede Finish Greenlam Clads, Rehau, Exidec, Trespa, Fundermax Exterior Grade High Pressure Compact Laminates having 1300mm x 3050mm board size made out of urea free, thermosetting phenolic resins treated Kraft papers as core material and Amino plastic resin treated decor papers along with UV protection film on both side finish surfaces. Clads should conform to European Fire Rating norms of Bs1d0 when classified in accordance with EN 13501-1: 2007, the Fire Retardant Additive must be Halogen free in order to protect environment. It should have Antibacterial and Antifungal properties (conforming to JIS Z2801:2010 and ASTM G21-2015 standards respectively). Clads should have density >1350 kg/m3, Anti- graffiti properties and Resistant to climatic shock, UV light, Grey Scale contrast (1500 hours of exposure-rating-4), Artificial weathering (including light fastness) with a Grey Scale Rating not worse than 4 after exposure to 650 MJ/m2, Acid Rain, Corrosion (on a salt spray test for 700 hours) as per applicable specifications conforming to latest and applicable EN 438-6: 2016 EDF Grade quality standards. It should be CE certified for constancy of performance described by in Annexure ZA of the standard EN 438-7:2005 under systern-1. The product to be warrantied against manufacturing defects and performance characteristics (as per manufacturer product warranty) for a period of 12 years from the date of billing from factory. Clads should be installed on Aluminum tubular substructure in the size of 50mm x 25mm x 1.8mm or as per site requirement laid vertically at 450 mm c/c distance with the help of 5mm diameter colour matching rivets as per manufacturer specifications. The aluminum tubular substructure should be fixed on wall with the help of dead load bearing brackets and wind load bracket by 10mm fastener. SUB-HEAD : WATER PROOFING WORK
Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.
Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof, podium by two component cementitious coating over single component acrylic coating as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of: a) Surface preparation:Ensure all RCC repair work completion from civil contractors and taking handover. Surface cleaning will be done by means of wire brushing, Chiseling and light surface grinding shall be done if required. Laitance shall be removed and cleaned properly. Substrates must be free of loose aggregate and sharp protrusions. b) Crack treatment: Cracks will be opened in a V shape by making a groove of 20mm wide and 25mm deep. Apply bond coat of SBR latex: Water : Cement (1:4:6). V shape groove feel with polymer modified repair mortar (SBR latex: Water : Cement :Sand = 1:4:10:40) c) Making Angle Fillet: Making Angle Fillet (50 mm x 50 mm) in the junction of roof slab & parapet wall. Apply bond coat of SBR latex: Water : Cement (1:4:6).The junction will be treated by polymer modified mortar (SBR latex: Water : Cement :Sand = 1:4:10:40). d) Bore Packing: (If Required)Wherever applicable after making groove, Grouting the all the pipe line joints with, cementitious general purpose grout (Mix density= 2100-2300 Kg/m³, Compressive strength= 50MPa @28days). Then the area should be treated with the application of Epoxy resin-based putty ( Mix density= 1.55 Kg/ltr., Compressive strength= 50N/mm² @7days, Bond strength> 2.5N/mm², Drying time= 8hrs.) & necessary suitable curing to be taken place.
e) Screed concrete with Integral Waterproof compound f) Primer Coat:The entire substrate will be treated by applying coating of single component acrylic coating as Primer @ 0.6-0.8 kg /m2. g) Mixing & Application of two component cementitious waterproofing coating(Elongation>150%): Mixing:Take a purely clean container. Slowly add the powder to the liquid (2:1 ratio) and mix, using a slow speed drill fitted with a suitable paddle (350-400 rpm).The material should be mixed for 3-4 minutes till we get a homogeneous mix which is free of any lumps. Leave the mix for few minutes & allow the entrapped air to be free. Application: The prepared substrate should be in SSD (Surface saturated dry) condition with water. Please ensure there should not be any standing water in the surface before application of the 1st coat slurry by hard brush. Allow the first coat to dry completely for overnight before applying the second coat. Apply second coat at right angles to the first coat. Apply the mixed material over prepared substrate with specified coverage of 1.3 kgs / Sqm (Coverage may vary depending upon the nature and texture of the substrate) as per manufacturer recommendation.Quartz sand to be sprinkled uniformly over the 2nd coat when it is still in tacky condition.Allow the coating to cure for at least 3 days. h) Protection against external Damages: When the cementitious membrane is cured, the treated floor area to be covered with screed concrete average 50 mm thick and coating (For wall) shall be covered with a layer or protective plaster (6 mm) using cement mortar @ 1:4 admixed with integral waterproofing compound @200 gm per 50kg bag of cement.
