Renewel BT for the Road from MRL06 - Periyar Nagar to Ayyampatti Road in Valavanthankottai Panchayat Km 0/0-1/8., Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal Km 0/0-1/0

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.2 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with Primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminoua concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 to 5.6 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H speciications clause 507 complete in all respects

Providing and Laying gravel soling to compacted thick including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to works site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller, water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc, complete. Km 0/0-1/0

Provision for Road Marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beads on Bituminous Surface including all charges etc complete.,

Provision for Road Marker/ Road stud with lens Reflector including all charges etc complete.,

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under PMGSY including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost For the First Year from the date of completion of work
