RFP SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF TAPE LIBRARY SYSTEM FOR KSDC WITH SEVEN (7) YEARS COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY AND SUPPORT

The Bidder must be a company registered in India under companies Act/Limited Liability partnership act and should have been in operation for a period of at least 5 years as on bid date. (Consortium and joint ventures formed for the purpose of this project are not eligible to bid for this project. Trusts and societies are also not eligible to bid for this project)

The bidder should not have filed for bankruptcy.

The annual turnover of the Bidder during each of the last 3 financial years 2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25) shall not be less than Rs. 4 (Four crores)Duly Certified Turnover statement by the auditor of the company or Charted accountant

The bidder should have a positive net worth for the last 3 financial Years 2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25)

The Bidder should have at least one permanent/working office in Bengaluru.

The Bidder should not have been blacklisted by the Government of India or any state government or any of its agencies for any reasons whatsoever and the bidder should not have been blacklisted by Central / any other State/UT Government or its agencies for indulging in corrupt or fraudulent practices or for indulging in unfair trade practices as on last date of bidding for this tender.

The bidder must have successfully executed 3 such orders of supplying/renewal of Tape Library / appliance of Rs 30 Lakhs, each or 2 order of 60 Lakhs, each or one order of Rs 1.2 crores, during the last 7 years to any SDC/State Government Department/GOI Department/Central or State PSU /Enterprises

MAF to be submitted as per format in RFP

Bidder should have valid ISO 9001 and 27001 OR 20000.

The signatory for this RFP must be authorized by Board or Head of the Organization
