Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, velleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 500 metres lead of :Asbestos Sheet

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.-minimum thickness 2.00 mm) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes.All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Fixing wind ties with 32 x 6mm M.S. flat to the end of roof including charges for cutting, drilling, hoisting and fixing with bolts, nuts, washers, and bitumen washers applying a coat of metal primer after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper. All works are including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Polycarbonate sheet (2 mm thick). Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micrones minimum to avoid scartches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc complete

Providing ridges or hips width 120 cm overall width plain Galvalume sheet of 0.50 mm thick and minimum overlap of 40cm. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal, and bitumen washers complete.The rate inclusive of cost and conveyance of material to site and necessary scaffoldings which required.

Providing silicon compound covering to G.I. bolts over roof including cost of all materials, conveyance, labour charge, scaffolding etc complete as required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work, after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper,all works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing welded mesh 25 x 25mm square 12 guage including cost and conveyance of all materials required and all labour charges etc. complete

Engaging masons for patch work. The payment may be released only against the actual labours engaged.

This includes jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
