Provision of Catering Services through installation and operation of Fruit Juice Stall at General Minor Unit (GMU) No.- RJN-FJS-PF23, at Rajnandgaon (RJN) station of Category "A"(NSG-3), over Nagpur Division, for a period of 05 Years.

Minimum Annual Turnover (essential) - For GMU at A1/A/B class stations the bidder must have minimum annual turnover of 3 times of Indicative License Fee in any one of the previous three financial years from catering business. The bidder would submit audited balance sheet and profit and loss account or Income Tax returns of previous three (3) financial years i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.

Financial standing (essential) - For GMU at A1/A/B class stations the bidder must have profit or loss + accumulated reserves + share capital of minimum Rs.3 lakh in the previous three financial years.

Legal Status of the Bidder (essential) - The Bidder should be either an individual or sole-proprietor firm or a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 or a Partnership Firm registered under the Partnership Act, 1932. The bidder shall furnish self-attested copy of Government approved Identity Proof, such as AADHAAR CARD.

Experience of Catering Business (essential) - For GMU at A1/A/B Category stations, the Bidder should have a minimum of three (3) years of catering business experience. The Bidder shall submit a copy of Articles of Association / Partnership Deed where catering / hospitality / food and beverage is covered under the Main Objects clause of the agreement.

Domicile of the bidder with reference to the location of the GMU (desirable) - Preference will be given to the bidder having domicile certificate for the municipality/district/state under which jurisdiction the station is falling as per the scoring criteria in the Techno-Commercial bid document. Self-attested Proof of domicile to be attached.

Additional Mandatory Requirements - All additional mandatory requirements have been enlisted at Annexure A/2, Chapter 1 of Section B of the Bid document. This includes Permanent Account Number, GSTIN Registration, FSSAI etc.

Evaluation Criteria - Bids which satisfy the above criteria will be called "eligible bid". All eligible bids shall be evaluated in terms of the process defined at Chapter 3 of Section C.

There is no need to upload this entire document along with bid. Only Annexure-A-1 to A-8 (except A-7), B-1 and Mandatory form for NEFT from this document is to be uploaded with bid along with related credentials of the bidder in support of his eligibility)

Blue Print, Location, Viability and Earning Potential of the Unit - The Blue Print of the Station / Platform showing the Unit of this Tender is attached with this Bid document. It is expected that bidder, before participating in the e-Tender, personally visited the Station and location of the unit (as specified in description and sketch enclosed) carefully and understood its viability and assessed the Earning Potential as per location and type of the Unit.

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to check any correction or any modifications published subsequently in Web site and the same shall be taken into account while submitting the tender. Bidder shall download corrigendum (if any), print it out, sign and attach it with the main tender document. Tender document not accompanied by published corrigendum/s will be liable to be rejected. The Railway will not be responsible for any delays in downloading/uploading of tender document from/to the internet/website.

Bidder before participating in the e-Tender must carefully go through all the Provisions/ Terms & Conditions of the Tender Document and e-Tender. The Bidder is requested to go through the Bid Document and comply accordingly at the time of bidding.
