Supply & fixing in replacement of automatic street light timer using nature switch for automatic switching of street light based on LUX level of natural light. The sensor (nature switch ) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminal should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box confirming to IP 54 suitable for three phase phase of 12KW model -Swadeep -02EC12kW3P of make -Nature switch or equivalent in legrand/siemens as approved by GE.

Supply & Fixing in replacement LED street light 72W LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source with toughened glass having IP66 protection 230 Volt with all connected acessories required as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in repair aviation obstruction LED light 240 volt low intensity twin aviation light of power consumption 10 W in total including fixing arrangement all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC cable Junction box for street light including 6 Amp MCB SP with aluminium bus bar TPN for controlling the street lights complete with pole mounting type size 300x200x105mm with 02 Nos MS clamp of MS flat iron with bolts, nuts and washer complete all fixed on poles/walls as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair GI pipe bracket, made out of 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe, fabricated into shape and size as required, not less than 1.5 Metre long complete with 02 Nos MS clamp of MS flat iron 40 x 6 mm with bolts, nuts and washer complete all fixed on poles/walls as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sq. mm 4 core laid/fixed in trench/wall/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cusioning of tibba sand for XLPE cable with screened & washed sand & punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type-I flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, 6 sqmm 2 core, LT 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, solid aluminium conductor cable, flat type, 1100 volt in service connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB 6 to 32 Amps SP 10 KA 'C' Series complete all as specified and directed.

S&F replacement including unservicable MCB 40 to 100 Amps TPN 10 KA,415 V 'C' Series complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel poles (single pole) upto 2.4m height as existing on site in strips of 0.6 m height in blue and white colour alternately as per existing pattern including cross arm channels and balance height to be painted with two coat of aluminium paint including mentioning pole Nos reflector type on each pole complete all as specified and directed.

Attending and fault detection of day to day street / security light (LED, MH/SODIAM Flood light fittings etc. of any make) complaints received through telephone or in person and rectification of defects installed on dispersal & High Mast light poles, Sun Shelter lights, Hanger light, perimeter light, watch tower light bringing down the fittings on grond or in position including cleaning of glass/ acrylic cover for clear reflection of light, jumper fixing, loose connection, GI bracket tightening, Checking the connection of Street light FRP junction Box,light allignment, replacement of flexible wire, tightening of flood light safety chain in Hangers, Proper insulation of cannection (VMTL Vehicle, ladder, tools, LT tape and takes as required at site for repair/for making light fittings functional shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost and arrangement. Note : (i) Light fitting,MH CHOKE,MH bulb, ignitor,driver,SPD if required to be replaced in repair shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant item of this BOQ for supply only. (ii) contractor shall be provide / deputed sufficient number of electricians and helpers ( as directed by Engineer-in-charge) to attend the complaints and reactified the same within 24 hours of receipt of complaints. (iii) Contractor manpower should attend daily to recieve complaints at complaint cell at 9.00 AM from JE E/M and report after completion of complaints and handover a complaint slip to JE E/M with user signature as a record of attending the complaints for payment purposes. (iv) Contractor will depposit new material to Engineer in charge for acceptance and then material will be issued by JE E/M daily based on assesment of complaints. (v) Old retrived material shall be deposited in AGE E/M yard and will be given to contractor after completion of contract. (vi) Rate of recovery for non rectification shall be Rs 75 per complaint per day as directed by EIC.

Supply only 2 x 2.5 Sqmm flexile unarmerd copper cable pvc sheathed for street light to PVC junction box connection in Pvc conduit as directed.

Material & labour for Attending of complaint of existing 12mtr long High Mast light of any type, any wattage & any make, installed at various location in tech area complaints received through telephone or in person and identification of defects , bringing down the system upto a normal heigt be manual/motorized & fixing at the same position after rectify the defect including flexible wire of required size, cleaning of light Fittings for clear reflection of light, as required to make the light fitting functional (Vehicle, ladder, tools and takes as required at site for repair/for making light fittings functional shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost and arrangement). Note : - (i) Contractor shall be provide / depute sufficient number of electricians and helpers ( as directed by Engineer-in-charge) to attend the complaints and rectified/replacement of parts (ii) Contractor manpower shall attend daily to receive complaints at complaint cell at 9.00 AM from JE E/M and report after completion of complaints and handover a complaint slip to JE E/M with user signature as a record of attending the complaints for payment purposes.

M&L for repairs of mechanism of High mast and rewinding of three phase tower motor 440 volt AC including dismantling from high mast transport to workshop for rewinding with existing size of super enamelled copper wire, replacing of gear, bearing bush etc for running of rope at satisfoctory level and reinstallation complete all as specified and directed.
