Construction of Barnet to Ghera road km 0/000 to 3/105 in Teshil Dharamshala, Distt. Kangra H.P.

Removal of slips in hilly area in ordinary rock not requiring blasting by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of slips and disposal of cut materials within lift upto 1.50 mtrs. (One decimal fifty metres) and lead upto 1000 mtrs (One thousand metres) as per technical specification 3022.3.5 and 1611 complete, as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Cutting in earth work for road way in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/ mechanical means, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, soft rock, hard rock chiseling or wedging out rock (where blasting is required ) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes, camber, super elevation and levels shown drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge complete in conformity with the requirements of MORD Technical Specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out and stacking of useful materials with in all leads and lifts in acquired road width and transporting of un-useful materials for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or by mechanical means including leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of stones to the tune of 77.96 cubic metres quantity at the rate of Rs. 300/- only (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metres shall be effected from the contractor running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:4:8 (One cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size), on ground or under water for all type of structure, in R/wall / B/wall and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water)including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying concrete for all heights/depths including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm (One Hundred millimeter) dia PVC pipe Weep Holes in brick masonry/plain /reinforced concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV:20H ( One vertical : twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 700 and 1200 and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing & Technical Specification Clause-1204.3.8 Granular material and as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing concrete for plain cement concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications section 800, 900 , 1200 Nominal mix (1:3:6) (One cement isto Three sand isto Six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (two milimetre) nominal mix in abutments on ground or under water including curing complete, pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush required at site which may arrise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights and depths including the cost of form work as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete in substructure / grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) design mix nominal mix 1:21/2:5 ( one isto two decimal five isto five) with cement contents not less than 275 kg/cum ( two hundred seventy five kilogram per cubic metre all heights/ depths including the cost of form work complete in toe wall etcetra as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 , as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Laying of 900mm ( nine hundred milimetre) diametre ISI marked heavy duty none pressure pipe is class NP2 reinforced cement concrete pipe NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 ( one cement isto two sand) but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets etcetra, as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 1100 and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. (Note:- NP2 and Ring Shall be provided by the Department)

Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification. 100 mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour), as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
